Nature Friday host LLB Gang and Feline Friday host Comedy Plus
Both hops have photos from my neighborhood.
I don't know this very beautiful Tortie's name. She calls the home across the street from our home HERS. She selected this home. Several years ago she started showing up on the side porch of that home. However, she would run when approached. Slowly the lady started to feed her. She tried to get her to come inside but she is happiest outside. She still gets her morning and evening meal at that home.
During the day she sashays about staying close to her yard. According to neighbor T, Tortie always sleeps on the welcome mat at the side door.
Pretty flowers in your neighbourhood. Same idea on our Nature Friday post this week!
ReplyDeleteThe flowers and gardens are so pretty and so is the tortie.

ReplyDeleteAwww, I am glad Tortie found a place to call home and feel safe even if she prefers the outside. Always nice to see beautiful flowers in the morning!

ReplyDeleteYou found some pretty flowers in your neighborhood. It's too bad that the beautiful Tortie wants to live outside, but it's good to know someone is feeding her regularly.

ReplyDeleteWe have a couple of "visiting cats" who regularly come for breakfast......we don't know if they are just wanderers or have a home somewhere. They will be welcome here for breakfast any time though! Love the flower photos.
ReplyDeleteHugs, Pam
I love the terracing at the front of that house in the lower right picture. It's nice your neighbor "adopted" Tortie instead of calling the local shelter.
