Thankful and Thoroughly Poetic Poetry #70

Thank you Brian for hosting

Today I have a big thankful

GUESS WHAT.....THIS IS A RED letter day

My husband: trekking partner, aka Dad of Angel Madi, driver and best buddy is back.  After nearly 2 1/2 months of no trekking due a lengthy visit from Stewart Sciatica, the Itis Brothers, Bur and Art.  After 7 weeks of PT my guy and I took a 44 minute walk at Shelley Lake on Tuesday and a 50 minute walk on Wednesday. This is trail has lots of hills too. WooHoo
Very thankful for excellent Physical Therapists at Raleigh Orthopedics

Angel Sammy and Teddy find such inspiring photos for us

Here is today's inspiration

When first I saw this photo,
a thought for it I could not spare.
As looked and looked and finally biggified,
my mind's eye saw the pair
had lots and lots of HAIR.

  1. MOL, I wonder if they get hairballs.

  2. Hari OM
...oh, you're right! I thought they were fur cloaks till you told me to look again!!!

Hooray for Bcat's physio relief, too... It's a good day today. YAM xx

  3. I'm with the lonestar cats LOL, great comment. and we are happy for good pt's too and we are happy that your trekking partner aka angel madi's dad is back a board ;O))

  4. So pleased to read that trekking buddy is back on track!
Oh and that is way too much hair.
    Cheers! Gail.

  5. Yay for walking again!!! I look forward to a break in this heat so I can too.

That hair is actually kinda creepy.

  6. Way too much work taking care of all that hair. We are very happy that your trekking partner is back!

  7. SOOO happy to hear Bryan is BAAAAACK to hiking around with you! Sciatica and all the other back/leg problems really take the "punch" out of you but thankfully they can be fixed most of the time. Love your poem for the HAIRY PHOTO this week. I hate my hair and remember wishing it was long and luxurious when I was a lot younger but this is RIDICULOUS!

    Hugs, Pam

  8. TREK ON! so very happy to hear He is Back!!! I know how you both love your walks and this is super good news. that hair photo is really creepy, this is not my first sighting today, saw it earlier on Easy blog... I can attest to the fact that hair has been cloned and not cloned that well and for that I am thankful..

  9. Hooray for da Hubby, that really is such wonderful news! Thanks for joining our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!

  10. Yay for having your walking partner back! That hair is very skeery!

  11. HIP HIP hooray, and a LEG up to the man ...

  12. What a wonderful thankful. I'm glad hubby is back in action and I know you are too. Wonderful thankful.

Have a fabulous Thankful Thursday and rest of the week. Big hug, my friend. ♥

  13. We're glad to hear "Dad of Angel Madi" is doing better.

  14. Wondering if it's hard to hold your head up with that much hair. And so glad to hear you and hubby are able to walk together again!

  15. Oh so happy to hear Dad is 'back' and doing well ~ those walks sound wonderful ~ Xo

Lots of hugs to Angel Madi ~ from me and Angel ~
