Dearest Auntie HiC
I have recently learned some very imPAWtant factoids:
During the short daylights hours of December, many may experience SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder).
Some of the signs and symptoms of SAD include:
- Feeling listless, sad or down most of the day, nearly every day
- Losing interest in activities you once enjoyed
- Having low energy and feeling sluggish
- Having problems with sleeping too much
- Experiencing carbohydrate cravings, overeating and weight gain
- Having difficulty concentrating
- Feeling hopeless, worthless or guilty
- Having thoughts of not wanting to live
Anyway, as long as I can find a sun puddle, I’m happy! 😻
As Sheryl Crow says:
I don't have digital,
I don't have diddly squat,
It's not having what you want,
It's wanting what you've got❣️
❤️ Take care of yourselves Furiends,
Rocky
I hope you enjoy my video volume up PLEASE it is paw tapping musice
Dearest ADORABLE Nephews!!
OHHHHHHHHHHHHH my cats
Kat you look all kinds of adorable with that lush white belly begging for some snuggles.
Rocky those gorgeous eyes of yours are full of mischief as the video begins then you start dancing on your back. What a talent FELINE AND you have some impressive moves. Auntie can hardly dance on two feet much less her back. I love the purrfect song and email facts. I agree Kat, has a serious case of Feline Lazy.
Lovingly your devoted and amused Auntie HiC
My holiday wishes to you feel free to copy and paste
We love the Rocky's video, and the photos of those little critturs.

ReplyDeleteI rather suspect I have one too many of those 'signs'... I refer to it as my hibernatory tendency... maybe I should try some 'back dancing'! YAM xx
LOVE your Christmas Card ... (we copied it, OK?) ... and if not said so before, your Holiday Header makes us "happy" each time we click over to visit you! S.A.D., yes, many feel that way unfortunately, but ... at this time of year, though sadness can
ReplyDeletefall upon many for many different reasons, it is when we should reach out to others with a little extra "something", whatever
it may be that is needed, to help them move through and past it ... that is the gift we can give.
I have SAD and I've felt all those symptoms in the past. I've driven above the fog line to get some sun.
ReplyDeleteLove the video. Toe tapper indeed and such a handsome mancat.
