Nature and Feline Friday

Nature Friday host LLB Gang   Click here Hostess Miss Mimi

I don't have a clue what I did, whatever it was it was not on purpose.

Both of the photos were taken at Lead Mine Lake

in order of appearance with my digital camera

At first I thought about deleting...but the more I looked at it the

better I liked it.

No real Felines today.  I saw these at  Logan's, they really caught my attention
One might be coming home with me soon.

  3. Those metal cats are adorable. They are the kind of thing Mom would have at our house.

  5. The second photo looks very atmospheric and arty!

Those kinds of cats are easy to care for--no food or vet costs. LOL.

  6. The cats are super cute! I'm liking the second photo too... gotta wonder what happened with it. Looks frosty!

Well, technically, that looks like you upped the exposure - but if you didn't fiddle with any buttons, then it is just one of those serenedipitous shootings that provides a lovely, ethereal image! YAM xx

  8. One of those cats would be cute standing in my ferns out under the living room window! And I too like the blown out photo. I also have had many of these over my lifetime of taking photos and I also have no clue what I did

  11. Yes, a photo taken in "error" can often be the most beautiful of all!! As for not quite knowing why you did what you did: I must say THANK YOU FOR THIS. When I set up my 2023 calendar for the refrigerator in early January, I drew a "big red star" on the box for today, Feb. 17. It's almost noontime, I've been up since 5 am. WHY IS THAT STAR THERE TODAY? I do not know ... help me? I've no idea why I did that. Oh no, oh dear ...

  13. Over exposure? Lighting? I swear, digital cameras (and cellphone cameras have a mind of their own). Like both images.

  18. I never know what i did when i take photos which turn out a bit different, but sometimes it's a happy accident and good thing.

  19. Love the photos - I've always liked reflection photos......I have done an oil painting of a reflective photo - something about the double vision perspective that is fascinating. The second "foggy" photo effect is very cool too! Love Logans - they have everything to jazz up a garden!

    Hugs, Pam
