Cedar Creek Gallery gardens..the gong is huge
In August, we attended their Glass Pumpkin exhibit....
Our purchases top acorn (l) w/o light (r) on LED stand. This is our first acorn...

Our pumpkin (l) w/o light, (r) with light
These pumpkins had very curly stems we all like curly pumpkin stems on our real pumpkins.
We also bought a Twilight blue pumpkin for our daughter and son-in-law for their 26th wedding anniversary. We had it shipped photo below is from website.
Right on a lighted stand, left plain.

ReplyDeleteThese are all lovely! Did you hear the gong working? Looks like you could strike it yourselves? YAM xx
They are stunning lights. So good for the darker days of winter to brighten a room. I would love the blue as that is my favorite color. And the garden must have been a treat to walk thru. I do enjoy when I can get to a public garden that is well maintained without my help, lol.
ReplyDeleteWow, these are some fabulous works of art, Cecilia.
ReplyDeleteLove the acorn and the pumpkins. Those are so pretty. I want to hear that gong. I can't walk past wind chimes in a store without moving them to hear what they sound like.
ReplyDeleteWe love seeing your new pumpkin purchases every year. That acorn is so beautiful when it's lit up.
ReplyDeleteThose are really, really pretty pumpkins!
ReplyDeleteDearest Cecilia,

ReplyDeleteI've never seen an acorn as a piece of art. As others have said, it's not only unusual, but very pretty. My son collects acorns. He'd love this!
