Look up at the sky light in the office/exercise/craft room
Oh Joy
we had a double delightful Spring forward. Literally overnight from Friday, March 7 to
Saturday morning, March 8 The Evil Yellow Dust of the Devil arrived aka TEYDD
This is the hood of our CR-V
This is the first of at least 3 different TEYDD events
This is pine pollen. Thankfully this doesn't affect allergy suffers as much as
the next two that you canNOT see but it finds its way into your eyes and noses.
NOOOOOOO! I’m not ready for the TEYDD! 😫
ReplyDeleteI remember that yellow dust so well - especially right after you wash your car!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful sky photos. Gee all I can say is what fell from our sky on Friday and Saturday was called snow, but at least it melted and went away instead of having to be washed off. Oh no, I forgot we have to wash the salt off, lol.
ReplyDeleteI love the light pics. The sky light would be a bonus!
ReplyDeleteIt'll be April or May before everything is covered in pollen here. It's impossible to keep anything outside clean!

ReplyDeleteYikes... Spring brings its dark side... YAM xx
I started sneezing, as in loud and 5 times in a row, on the 28th of Feb and said OH NO, its March, the madness of March here is the POLLEN.. its yellow in our pool, all over everything and everywhere and the entire month of March is our worst allergy time of the year.. in fact, we have allergies year round in here, but we can't see it on the cars
ReplyDeleteforgot to say I adore that first photo, sometimes shooting into the sun works well and it did on this one and that is Madi's skylight
ReplyDeleteI'm keeping my fingers crossed that evil yellow dust doesn't make my allergies go crazy. I haven't been able to take any OTC's since my hypertensive ER visit.
ReplyDeleteOh my, that TEYDD is really something. We've still been dealing with snow here.
ReplyDeleteWhat great sky pictures. That sure is a lot of pollen. We're glad we don't have anything like that here.
ReplyDeleteThe sun looks lovely, and so much blue sky! I am glad we don't get pollen like that.
ReplyDeleteWe don't have TEYDD because we have no pines close but we have had pollen dust for about three weeks and we get more as the days go by. It's on everything. I recognize that pine pollen from when we lived in Louisiana and Alabama ;) We both have allergies like no other time since we moved to Florida. Florida doesn't mess around... it does everything in a BIG way! Love the sun shining thru the tree branches!
