I am Madi and I'm addicted to boxes.

In fact I never met a box I didn't like...

here are a few of my favorites

I became addicted to boxes at 2 months old

when I came to live with the peeps.

Lo and be hold I discovered they had a cold box full

of treats and delicious meats .

From that day I made it my mission to inspect each

box in the house.

Back off Mom founders keepers!!

Yep this the foyer box...I hope it never 
ever leaves I love it.

I don't get to visit this hamper box 
often so when I see my chance 
I move lickety split

Dang flashy box (my least favorite box) followed me
during my hamper box caper.

Mom was once again outside looking inside at Madi

I was inside looking outside at Mom.

Recently the peeps had lunch at Jersey Mike's at Brendan Station

There is a fancy smancy restaurant just down from Jersey Mike's call Margaux's.  They are only open at night

food is very good.

Mom loved this very unique flower light fixture over the entrance

She needs to go back at night to see lite

 Don't you just love the front door to Margaux's

Very heavy wood, massive handles and real

ball and chains that kind of bang the door when you oepn

Margaux's interior is kind of medieval. Lots of heavy beams, gigantic fire place and lots of stone.

Weekend Tale on Tuesday and PSA

Mona and Prissy's Mom, Miss Sarah 

Did have her surgery on Friday, however there was a small glitch and a bit more surgery was needed.    She wants folks to know that she IS out of the Hospital and staying with her Sister.    Mona and Prissy are staying with their furends..  

    Miss Sarah  says she   WILL  still be making the Smile Box fur Father's Day... it will just take Longer than anticipated.      SO if you have NOT sent her a pic of YOUR DAD...  you still have some time to get them in TO HER EMAIL:  redricca@sbcglobal.net

I heard Mum mumbling she does that a lot

something about "Madi don't tell

me you are already napping".

My tail was tucked and I was in a 

purrfect napping circle yes woman

I'm taking another nap.

 My theory is mom like a gnat if you ignore her she will eventually move on....

 I won...she move on I didn't

at least not until I was ready.

Notice I gave her the raised eyebrow stinky eye.

That is my story and I'm sticking to it.

Saturday June 14, 2014 we went on an outing with

Cat Scout Club to the
D R I V E  IN 
(you should see Raz in his uniform...
it makes me weak in the knees) 

Raz rented my favorite car for the outing
1960's Corvette sting ray IN RED 
I love how the wind felt blowing my furs

The movie selection was Puss  n Boots
full of excitement, handsome man cats in hats
 with feathers and just enough romance.
OMCs Raz let me order some snacks  at
the voice box by the car. He told me to press
the button and LO AND BEHOLD it talked to me.
Raz plans the most wonderful dates too.

To date we have been to a Super bowl party, Queen of Hearts Dance, to Space and back, Venice, and being a Cougar Diva Cat of the 21st century, I invited him to be my date at my Dad's
Big Birthday Bash in April.
Raz thank you for this most fun an exciting date to a 
Drive in Movie and for the special RIDE you Rented and we
thank you Mom for sharing all the photos.

Last week North Hills Shopping Center Celebrated

Art Week.  The first  event was this Sand Castle 

 Mom didn't have her camera the first day to show 

you the beginning.  First they built a plywood frame

under it.  Then she forgot her camera the 2nd time she went back.

She did see there were 3 people working on it  they had

a pile of sand and squirt bottles and itty bitty carving thingies.

As they say the 3rd time was a charm.  She remembered her camera

and good thing too cause we've had 2 heavy short rain events since

she took the pictures
