at my abode are changed
on Saturdays with(out) my help .
Last Saturday I plopped my Diva tush
on the mattress cover to smooth out some
wrinkles. Mom gently asked (ordered) me to move.
But there was so much to seeing out the
window I gave her a glance and replied, NOT NOW!!

I was having a staring contest with this gigantic insect
Picture taken from inside
Mom went outside to get a close up. Mom thought it was a bubble bee but they have yellow where this one has orange.
We don't have a clue what it is and are very glad it was outside.

Then lo and behold this 87 foot vehicle appeared
outside my window...mol mol mol it was trying to
turn around at the bottom of our cul-de-sac

Thank goodness, because of my great observation skills, mom was outside snapping the insect.  She was able to
snap another picture as it was leaving our cul-de-sac
Once again it was so humid outside Mom's camera lens fogged up

I'm still waiting for Mom to say 'thanks Madi, for
finding the insect so I could get these great pictures'.
Good thing I'm not holding my breath.

  1. It might have been this:

  2. I got excited just by the title of this post! MOL! Nothing like fresh linen day at our household, either.

Great snoopervision skills on that insect, Madi. What was that?
Happy Tuxies Tuesday to my favorite tuxie girl from your main mancat, Prancer Pie.

  3. I think the bug was WAY more interesting than that dumb limo! My human hates those things - what are they trying to prove?

  4. What's up with those super long vehicles? Why can't they just take the bus?
We are glad that insect was outside too!

  5. Exciting TV at yours Madi. Gosh that is a long vehicle. Lucky it did not get stuck. Have a terrific Tuesday.
    Best wishes Molly

  6. Yikes, Im'z glad that insect was outside and not inside..BOL Madi Alfie sent that big Limo to pick you up for a date..bawahhaaa xx0xx

    Mollie and Alfie

  7. Madi...Glad to see you still have things under control at your house. Tell momma to stop resisting your wisdom.

  8. Madi, THEY never give credit where credit's due. At least all of Blogville know how your mum got those photos.

    XXXOOO Daisy, BElla & Roxy

  9. Did you get to go for a ride in that big car?!?! Looks luxurious!!

  10. Maybe that 87 foot car was looking for you Madi to take you for a nice ride. That is one elongated car. Glad you have that Mom still under control Madi. That is important. Hope all of you have a great day.

  11. We were thinking the same as Marg. :-)

You live in such a pretty area, what a lovely property you have!

  12. I was sure that was YOUR Diva car, Madi! What the heck?

  13. if you had not pointed out the bug we would have missed that silly driver trying to turn that car around. i have never seen a bug like this. i hope someone else knows what it is.

  14. WE know the truth of how your mom got the BIG LIMO and BIG BUG pictures. Sheeesh... THEY would never see ANY of the interesting stuffs if it weren't fur US.
Wednesday is Clean Sheet day on OUR hill. We love it TOO... that is the day SHE puts the sheets on the floor so WE can play a fun game of SHEET SHARK... Bitey Face.

  15. OH at first we thought it was some movie star coming to visit you and thats why mom was changing the sheets...lol.oololol...

  16. You know, peeps have no respect for all the stuff we do for THEM!

    The Mad Scots

  17. Madi, you don't need cable TV with all of the great windows in your house! BOL

My mom won't let me near the bed when she's changing the linens, something about my big claws and her Sleep Number, what ever that is.

Keep up the the good neighborhood watch!
    Your BFFF,

  18. Maybe that big limo was there to pick up that bug and his pals:)

Mom changed the linens here on Sunday, and then she and Dad went to dinner at a barbecue place. BOL, she had to wash the sheets again Monday because everything reeked of barbecue.

We were happy because we got a taste of the bbq too:)

Woos - Phantom, Ciara, and Lightning

  19. They never appreciate our assistance. A lot of kitties could fit in that ride
    Benny & Lily

  20. Hrmph! Humans never appreciate all our hard work.

  21. Oh Miss Madi...hoomans can be SO infuriating sometimes! You'd think your mom could at least have rewarded you with a fishy treat or something!?

  22. I'm afraid it could be an attack of the giant flying ants - you should enter that big car as fast as you can Mayor Madi.

  23. That is a big bug. I wonder if it is nice and crunchy.

  24. We're glad that bug and big car were there to divert your mom's attention from making you get off the bed, Madi.

  25. Madi, are you sure that 87 foot car wasn't looking for your Worship, Mayor of Blogville to take you to an impawtant event. We know that you won the staring contest with that big bug.

  26. Wonder what kind of bee that is?

    Good eye Mom.

Please leave a meow or bark for Madi...her assistant (aka Mom) will respond in a timely fashion. =^..^=
