LINENS

at my abode are changed
on Saturdays with(out) my help .
Last Saturday I plopped my Diva tush
on the mattress cover to smooth out some
wrinkles. Mom gently asked (ordered) me to move.
But there was so much to seeing out the
window I gave her a glance and replied, NOT NOW!!

I was having a staring contest with this gigantic insect
Picture taken from inside
Mom went outside to get a close up. Mom thought it was a bubble bee but they have yellow where this one has orange.
We don't have a clue what it is and are very glad it was outside.

Then lo and behold this 87 foot vehicle appeared
outside my window...mol mol mol it was trying to
turn around at the bottom of our cul-de-sac

Thank goodness, because of my great observation skills, mom was outside snapping the insect.  She was able to
snap another picture as it was leaving our cul-de-sac
Once again it was so humid outside Mom's camera lens fogged up

I'm still waiting for Mom to say 'thanks Madi, for
finding the insect so I could get these great pictures'.
Good thing I'm not holding my breath.

  2. I got excited just by the title of this post! MOL! Nothing like fresh linen day at our household, either.

Great snoopervision skills on that insect, Madi. What was that?
Happy Tuxies Tuesday to my favorite tuxie girl from your main mancat, Prancer Pie.

  3. I think the bug was WAY more interesting than that dumb limo! My human hates those things - what are they trying to prove?

  17. Madi, you don't need cable TV with all of the great windows in your house! BOL

My mom won't let me near the bed when she's changing the linens, something about my big claws and her Sleep Number, what ever that is.

Keep up the the good neighborhood watch!
    Your BFFF,
    Molly

  18. Maybe that big limo was there to pick up that bug and his pals:)

Mom changed the linens here on Sunday, and then she and Dad went to dinner at a barbecue place. BOL, she had to wash the sheets again Monday because everything reeked of barbecue.

We were happy because we got a taste of the bbq too:)

  22. I'm afraid it could be an attack of the giant flying ants - you should enter that big car as fast as you can Mayor Madi.

  25. Madi, are you sure that 87 foot car wasn't looking for your Worship, Mayor of Blogville to take you to an impawtant event. We know that you won the staring contest with that big bug.
