Christmas
You would love it here at my Mom and Dad's they have multiple types of coffee to brew AND a keurig that my brother bought them for Christmas and keeps stocked for them. I am the only non-coffee drinker in the family but I do love my tea!

ReplyDeleteI am allergic to coffee - even the smell of it can turn my stomach... but one man's poison and all that! Hugs and whiskeries, YAM-aunty xxx
Oh my...Mamas eyes just glazed over BOL!!

My human can't drink coffee without putting a lot of stuff in it - she says she prefers coffee as a flavoring more than as an actual drink on its own! This is blasphemy, I hear, to most coffee drinkers, and it is true, she would be much better off if she could just enjoy it black - purer, and way fewer calories.
ReplyDeleteOur Mom has never been a coffee lover except for coffee ice cream. Looks like your Mom has all the right ingredients for good coffee.
ReplyDeleteI agree you need the perfect mug ... but I don't know why the taste is different with different mugs :o) my dad adds some cocoa to his coffee sometimes... that's weird... :o)
ReplyDeleteMy Dad loves his coffee big bunches pretty Madi!
ReplyDeleteI am not a coffee drinker and I am becoming concerned that I am missing something! I do drink fluffy Starbucks concoctions like their White Chocolate Mocha in the winter. CH shares your love of coffee and has just bought a pour over thingie, he usually orders a pour over at coffee places. Those are some very nice mugs... I like the Mom and Dad ones.
ReplyDeleteOur pawrents drink coffee in the morning then have coffee break at 3pm. They are weird cuz they announce, "Time for coffee break"! Mom says she prefers her drinks cold and fizzy but made the switch to coffee. We are wondering if your mom is giving new meaning to starting the morning with coffee in bed?
ReplyDeleteYour Pals,
Murphy and Stanley

Our mom says, "Yummmmmmm.... coffee!" Mom is hard-core and prefers coffee strong - black, no sugar. Whatever.

Our mom does iced tea, but she totally gets you!
ReplyDeleteMy Mom doesn't drink much coffee now because of a health issue BUTTTT one of her earliest fun memories is of her Mom allowing her to have some "coffee" at breakfast - it was 99% warm milk, and 1% coffee with a healthy dose of sugar. Mom said she remembers feeling like a grown up with her "cuppa" !!!
ReplyDeleteHugs, Sammy
I am with you, i love coffee to. but i only have one kind, Maxwell house and no grinder. but do not get between me and my first up of coffee in the early am, or the 2nd and 3rd.. love the mugs.
ReplyDeleteMadi my Mom is just likes yours. She loves her coffee!
ReplyDeleteYour Mom's family sounds like mine. I was drinking coffee since I was a kid and I always have coffee ready at our house, although I switch to decaf after lunch. Very nice mug collection.
ReplyDeleteNeither Lady nor the Man drinks coffee. They have a coffee maker for when guests come, but Lady doesn't actually know how to use it!
ReplyDeleteMom has never ground her own coffee but she hears that it's definitely worthwhile! And guess what? Mom puts cinnamon in her coffee too!
ReplyDeleteMom used to drink Folger's all the time, but now she really likes Paul Newman's organic decaf in those silly k cups:) She also loves a cup of tea, AND she says the most important part is that it be HOT!!!

The mom cannot function unless she has coffee first thing in the morning.
ReplyDeleteMa likes her morning cups, butts that's it. She likes tea if she has a brewed bev, if not she is addicted to rootbeers! She LOVES the rootbeers! Almost as much as I loves the margaritas!!! Anyhu, I loves your bunny!!! Spring is VERY cute!!! Just make sure it doesn't eats your Friskies....
