My nephew Kat recently emailed me that his Mom was hearing
things...like hummers
Dear Aunty HiC and Uncle B,
Dad didn’t hear a hummer either. I think Mom has hummers on her mind, and is wishful thinking.
I stay busy with squizzer patrol around here. I hate those nasty varmints.

ReplyDeleteGolly but it does look sprung over your way... here, not so much. There's a big wind blowing out there this early morn and a blatter of rain. Yet the birdies are whistling, so it can't be all bad... No squirrels though. Sorry Kat. YAMxx
oooh that are lots of daffies... and all smile for the Diva ;O)
ReplyDeleteI love that flag!
ReplyDeleteYour daffies are so pretty and cheerful! We're still waiting for ANYTHING to bloom here. I feel the same way about squirrels that you do, Kat.
ReplyDeleteThose daffies are so pretty. Ours are all done blooming. The flag is just the best. You all have a really good day.
ReplyDeleteLove the daffies and your garden flag! Kat looking intense! We have a few squirrels and they are eating the buds on the Magnolia tree!
ReplyDeleteThose outside animals can be VERY rude, Kat!
ReplyDeleteYour flowers are definitely springy. Our are is just an ugly mess and will be that way for a couple more weeks while the snow melts and the brown appears.
ReplyDeleteI love your Madi flag.
ReplyDeleteKat looks like he could knock some sense into one of those tree rats.
Happy weekend.
That is a very special flag. Those weird ones are rude here too Kat.
ReplyDeleteThat is a lovely flag.
ReplyDeleteKat looks like he would like to get up the tree after the squirrel.
Angel Madi looks great in your garden of daffodils.
ReplyDeleteNot to worry, Kat I will not get anywhere near your face if you're not happy with me. You're so adorable.
Thank you for joining the Feline Friday Blog Hop.
Have a purrfect Feline Friday and weekend. My best to your auntie. ♥
The daffodils are beautiful! I hope Kat can catch one of those evil squirrels!
ReplyDeleteI always enjoy seeing Madi. Our daffodils are just coming through the soil. Xo
ReplyDeleteHappy Friday! "Bow Wow" for Daffy Dils and "Boo" for naughty squirrels!
ReplyDeleteWyatt and Tegan
Aww. How nice to think of Angel Madi enjoying the daffodils!
ReplyDeletedaffodils are blooming here also! Have a lovely day!
ReplyDeleteMom loves daffodils and it was super nice to see Angel Madi among them. We don't like vishus squirrels.

We think the daffodils at our neighborhood entrance are ready to bloom too. Yours are so pretty, great spot for Madi's flag.
ReplyDeleteHandsome Kat - we join with you in war against the tree rats.
Woos - Lightning, Misty, and Timber
Your daffies look great. We wish we had some here but we are starting to see the first glimpse of them starting to pop out of the ground.
ReplyDeleteWe think the hummers will be there soon AND it is a known FACT that squirrels are RUDE and SNEAKY!
ReplyDeleteMY daffies are up and the tulips are blooming now as well as the hyacinths. Mommy will make the hummers nectar here in about 2 weeks. They come about April 6th thru the 19th. XXX (and of course, you are right when you commented to me... we get on tables...we are just smart enough to do it out of sight.)
ReplyDeleteWe love the Madi flag!!
ReplyDeleteLook our tree rats, your nephew is on patrol.
ReplyDeleteI did miss my daffodils this spring so I had better plant some for next year. Tree rats are such a pain and they do a LOT of trash talking!
ReplyDeleteHow wonderful you have daffodils ready to bloom! Dad mowed the lawn yesterday to get the dead grass off so maybe the rain will green it up

What cheerful daffies...and the purrfect welcome flag!!
ReplyDeleteKat is such a hoot!!
I LOVE daffies ... along with tulips, they are my absolute favorites!
ReplyDeleteKat and Teddy have the same colored harness! Cool! No sign of daffodils in anybody's yard here yet but we hope SOON.
ReplyDeleteHugs, Pam
