Thoroughly Thankful Poetic Thursday #9

Thankful Thursday with Brian and his Siblings

Thankful Thursday

First thank you all for your thoughts and comments yesterday regarding the Fiasco that was our Anniversary dinner.  Let me just say there was so much I didn't write.
And I cleaned up what I did write.
As several of you mentioned Political Correctness has gone so far as to
make rudeness ok and those who suffer thru it at a loss.

Today we join Two  SPOILED CATS
Angel Sammy and Teddy for their poetic pictorial poem.

Here is today's inspiration

Dancing close is what we do.
To and fro we go,
to the beat of the rhythm.
My peep toe heels offer no protection.
I hold on tight and hope
he doesn't step on my toes or drop
me on my on my nose.

  1. to step on nekked toes is much more worse than to step on blue suede shoes , right?

  10. The Hubby and I had a discussion about your restaurant situation, and we didn't find a comfortable solution, unfortunately. My original thoughts changed after reading your email, but surely the restaurant must have a legal way to deal with it...we just don't know what that is. Perhaps, they need to post signs that clearly say, "One must use a clean plate every time at the salad bar, or you'll be asked to leave" and/or "Please consider your fellow diners; if too disruptive, the management reserves the right to ask visitors to leave."

  11. Hubby and I had a long talk about your anniversary dinner fiasco. That owner better get rid of those folks or they are going to lose a lot of business. What a shame. Anyway hubby and I both had the same approach to these clods. Bless their hearts.

Have a fabulous Thankful Thursday, honey. Big hug. ♥
