Awww Monday and Sparks

You know I'm all about laughing at me and I'll be the first to admit I am not a photographer

I see something I like and I snap.  However, recently a gremlin me set Niki, my trust Nikon, on SCENE setting (by mistake) which is for night....

Awww shucks Monday shame on me.

Sparks are to remind me to be more careful...

All SOOTC (straight out of the camera) I don't think there is any editing that can help.

More herons sitting on pilings..I had my camera not my phone.

The sky was a gorgeous blue...

I was especially kicking myself over the below.

There was a gorgeous hawk squawking at me that he was ready for his selfie.

The NC Geese formerly known as Canada Geese
ignored me.  They probably could tell I was not a professional

  3. I actually like the photographs, and having the camera on the wrong setting is so me. My subjects get very annoyed with me telling them they have to stay put because the first picture I took was on the wrong setting. ~Alasandra

  17. We think your photos are great! We love getting a glimpse of the birds that were once so rare (back in the 60s) that it was like a miracle to see even one!
