I was sitting at stoplight this morning at Edwards Mill and looked up and saw these two with a real birds eye view of traffic- hit me funny and thought you would enjoy it too 😂

Per comments above - Canadian Geese actually choose to nest on rooves for egg safety! Nice candid capture that. Afraid I am a bit of a party pooper though - I find the garden announcements just too OTT for my taste. YAM xx

  7. What a funny picture of those geese. We hope they don't nest up there because that first flight for the babies might be a bit much. Those yard signs sure let you know what's going on. We guess with all the covid restrictions it's the best way to celebrate these days.

  10. What a fun post and I laughed at the birds.

I love the birthday greetings that show up on lawns. Our neighbor had one the other day. Great business.

I love your sense of humor.

Thank you for joining the Happy Tuesday Blog Hop.

  13. Very happy photos. Those Yard Fairy are around here a lot too. Funny story, our next door neighbor has her own letters. Her husband was assigned the job of putting up a Happy Birthday message for their daugher. Not sure was he was thinking, but as you looked at the letters from the street, HAPPY was set up BEHIND the BIRTHDAY, and all you could see was the birthday part. Some sort of dyslexia???

  17. That is funny to see the geese on the roof. They usually nest in the marshes beside the river below us. I don't know what they will do this year though because one of the summer storms washed part of the retaining wall out that stops the marshes over flooding. Now at high tide it is all completely under water.

  18. That is funny and they really had the right thing to say to we who are stuck on the ground. Happy Birthday
