2 from early morning walks in our neighborhood and one close by
Symmetry on our trip in early October to Cedar Creek. The area up that way has lots of horse farms
Each time we travel to Cedar Creek Gallery we see this
very tall and thin solo pine tree by the road separated from the other Pines.
It continues to stand tall and proud.

ReplyDeleteWonder if the tree has significance, that it remains while others do not? Happy weekend my dears! YAM xx
Pretty homes.....and that tree is certainly a "stand out"......I think it's a "road guardian".....keeping people safe!

The pine made me laugh because here they sometimes put a fake pine tree when they want to put up a new cell phone mast and it would look out of place. You can see when it is a fake though if you know where they are. Yours definitely looks real though.
ReplyDeleteT'is the forest's pride and joy.
ReplyDeleteThose are lovely scenes from around you. That pine doesn't have very many branches left on it so it's surprising it's still standing.
ReplyDeleteIt is such a beautiful area that you live!
ReplyDeleteThank you for stopping by the blog this week and helping us remember our gentle giant, Mr. Jinx.
You certainly do live in a beautiful area!
ReplyDeleteNice tree and I love the brick house. XO
ReplyDeleteThat is such a pretty area and that tree is very majestic!
ReplyDeleteYou sure live in a nice area!
ReplyDeletePerhaps it’s scared to cross the road?
ReplyDeleteThe tree is like a beacon! Love it.
ReplyDeleteThat tree is an individual!!!
ReplyDeleteThe houses are beautiful
ReplyDeleteSometimes I see them where they look like a circle in the middle because of the way the power company trims them.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful walk and drive. And it is cool that pine is still standing so proud! We hope you are having a marvellous weekend!
ReplyDeleteI love the thought of all the horse farms!
ReplyDeletenow i am pondering just how that tree got out there all by itself, maybe a volunteer start? we have horse farms like this in Ocala Fl and i like to ride past and look at them..
ReplyDeleteThe pine reminds me of the Ents in Lord of the Rings. Watch to be sure it doesn't move! (But they move really slow.)
