ReplyDeleteA cute poem for a cute picture and a wonderful memory of your girl on her first birthday. I have a picture of myself after my parents gave me some chocolate pudding. It was all over the highchair and all over me. LOL!
ReplyDeleteThat is a fun memory.
ReplyDeleteWonderful memories and photos. I remember first birthdays with my sons, too. It's always such a special day.
ReplyDeleteYep, that really is the best kind of party!
ReplyDeleteThat is a sweet memory
ReplyDeleteOH I loved the poetry and...your daughters birthdate! She was born smack dab in the middle of my second and third boy's birthdates! .
ReplyDeleteWell Marlu did a good job spreading the chocolate from her birthday cake around too! Love the photos.........
ReplyDeleteHugs, Pam
We had a tradition that every one of the 4 siblings got a big piece of cake with icing that they could eat all by themselves on their first birthday. We had some huge messes, but nothing like the chocolate syrup all over the floor!
