My sister-in-law, Karen, is quilting and pie queen.
She recently completed this beautiful quilt for her friend's new granddaughter. On Friday, September 15 went to visit Karen and Greg (favorite uncle to Angel Madi) for deSSERT. I took vanilla ice cream to go with her out of this world apple pie.
I said lot of Awwws when I saw this quilt and tasted her pie

I love the quilt (well done Karen!) and the rocking chair. But, full disclosure here, it is the apple pie and ice cream photo that held my attention the longest.

welove the quilt and the apple piee... yum! and we love the spark... it is true... and for a rocking chair you have to build a porch first... ;o)

The quilt is very nice and traditional. Hopefully the baby will cherish it her whole life. Rather than worrying, do something about the issue or forget it, good spark.
ReplyDeleteThe Spark is so true! That kind of keeping busy is not constructive. I am a worrier and I have to work at trying to keep it reined in. Karen's quilt is beautiful and sweet. The pie and ice cream looks delicious.
