We love watching sunsets, and Willow Beach Campground on the Arkansas River never disappoints.
We were enjoying the peaceful moment, when this speedster came flashing by. Mom said the boater would have loved this video of himself zipping through the sunset. 😹

OMCs Mr. Speedster would have paid big bucks to have that video..it was a nice boat too. Auntie would have enjoyed it from inside too, since I don't feel the need to speed.

ReplyDeleteThe sunsets are lovely. The boater is a bit too close to home, there recently was a tragic accident in our area caused by an idiot speed boater. The person you saw needs to slow down and enjoy those sunsets! 🙃
ReplyDeleteMom loves speed. She misses knowing someone with a boat right now. The autobahn in Germany was one of her favorite things about living over there. Some people love speed, some don't. That fast boat with the sunset would be awesome.

ReplyDeleteSpeed has it's place (and can be really thrilling) but it seemed an insult to that setting and that time of day - which have their own thrills to enjoy.
