Happy Tuesday with 2 nephews and 1 Niece

Thank you to our

Hostess Sandee at Comedy Plus

Deareast Auntie HiC

Well, there’s never a dull moment around here since Cali’s arrival.
She’s been exploring (inspecting) the entire house, and we’ve been staying out of her way. 😹

She went upstairs today, peeked through the railing, scaring us all!

Mom made the spritzing sound of the spray bottle & Cali was back downstairs, lickety split!

She doesn’t hiss as much, but she’s still very opinionated!  Our vet said she will be less “bitchy” (her exact words) after Cali is spayed. 😹 Unfortunately, Dr. Renee has a family emergency in Mississippi, so surgery has been postponed until the end of August. Oh my! 🙀 Keep us in your thoughts! 😻

❤️ Kat & Rocky

Volume up please...Cali might be giving her Mom a bit of
Cali-catAtude.

Dearest Nephews, Mom and Dad and
Cali Girl

We send our sympathies to you 2 my handsome nephews and Mom and Dad…Milky-Way, our first cat was a laid back ,gentle man, who rarely meowed‼️‼️‼️ Let me just say there is a huge difference between males and females.  We not prepared for an opinionated female itty bitty keg of dyNAmite we named  Madi. Madi said more her first day she was here than Milk-Way said in 15 1/2 years. We often said raising Madi was like having a perpetual 13 teenage girl.  At least we had successfully raised a teenge girl.  So we felt confident we could raise a CAT.  Madi kept us on our toes, made us laugh and thankfully was very Patient as she taught us how
she wanted things to be done. And we loved all 16 1/2 years of living and loving her.
🤣🤣🤣🐱🐱🐱.

  4. Hunker down, boys. This could be a very long month for you! Girls can have their issues - both feline and canine!

    1. I had Tillamook White Chocolate and Raspberry ice cream. It's mom's favorite flavor but she won't buy it unless it's on sale as it's too expensive otherwise.

  7. Well boys, now you know what it's like to have a girl in the house. She's young now but wait until she's actually a real teenager. However some girl kitties are a little more opinionated and I enjoy finding out more about the sweet angel Madi. In the meantime keep your fluffy tails and your paws to yourself until the end of August.

  8. That beautiful face. We had all girl kitties and one boy through our cat years and yep girl cats do have ideas how they want things to be. Kat and Rocky, the photo of you... says it all. Rocky is that a look of astonishment or confusion? Hang on boys, it's going to be interesting!

  9. Cali is a pretty girl. I think she will soon be the boss, the females usually are.

  10. I giggled out loud when Cali's mom said stay, never knew a cat that would listen to that word, but it worked and if anyone can teach her, mom can... she is precious.. the two of you do look a little mistified.. smiled all the way through, even when reading of dear Madi when she a a baby

  11. We're glad to hear Cali and the boys are doing well together despite her attitude. Our paws are crossed that she gets spayed soon and it helps her learn to love her brothers.

  12. Well, at least there is some calm around and the end of August will be here before you know it!

  13. Dearest Cecilia,
Cali is such a wide–eyed beauty and she thoroughly explores HER reign!
She lets her Mom know what she thinks...
But over time this will settle!
Kat and Rocky just have to watch and learn.
    Hugs,
    Mariette + Kitties

  18. We sure hope Cali calms down after her spaying, but we also know girls can be girls. We are a little more high maintenance than boys are BOL.

  21. It's funny, my boys talk up a storm and the girls are rather quiet. It's not that way with all the cats we've had over the years, but it does seem to go both ways.

Anyway, I hope Cali calms soon.
