We've been car shopping....

Morning Friends....now that I'm 8 (48 in cat years), I finally convinced
Mom and Dad it was time I had wheels befitting a Diva. Saturday they went car shopping. It was hot as HE (double hockey sticks), so I stayed home but Mom took the flashy beast.
I need help deciding.....

Since I'm a feline, I was thinking about a shiny black Jaguar with red wire wheels
but it appears this man beat me to it....
Next they showed me a picture of this very lovely car. The emblem on the front said
Tesla...I asked Dad for more info since it is pretty darn snazzy. He replied
'in your D R E A M S'. What does that mean I asked, then he said
ain't no way kiddo...ok that I understand so we moved to the next picture

This car it comes with food, we all know I'm the Paula Dean of the feline world
It also had a very interesting sign that reads,'Life is short drive an MG naked'
I was intrigued until Dad explained that 'naked' meant I've have to be shaved....too bad because it also came with lovely china.
I moved on to the next picture. Now this one shouts DIVA.
I'm calling the color creamy aqua with lush, soft mocha interior, this is it.
Then I saw this car.
I said SOLD, I have to have it...it comes fully equipped with

Then Mom burst my bubble...she told me no wheels for you Madi the insurance is too high.
They did so enjoy the annual British Car Show at North Hills Mall on May 15, 2010

  1. You could always get her a CAT-illac:)

  2. Aw Madsters...so unfair of Mom and Dad to tease you with all those pretty cars then to tell you that the insurance is too high. Cats are such careful, cautious creatures...I bet we would be far better drivers than humans. I think that little car at the end with friend would be great for you...you would look FAB driving that lovely machine...keep working on your Mom, maybe she will find something nice for you!! Purrs, Lautrec and Tiny

  3. Cool cars! That looked like fun, except without the heat and humidity. ugh.

  4. MAdi,
You would look like the queen Diva that you are in that aqua car. It would showcase your coloring so well. Do waht I did and break open the piggy bank and you can buy the car yourself.

  5. What stunning cars (too bad you didn't get one); Mom's DREAM car is a 1956 Ford Thunderbird (powder blue).

  6. Wowee, cool cars! You would look good in any one of them Madi! I liked the aqua one myself.

  7. The Jaguar or nothing for a kitty, of course. Our cats do not care for riding in cars, but some do like it I suppose. I think the one with food is most interesting, but I wouldn't want to have to shave.

    wags, Lola

  8. Gosh, those were some awfully pretty cars and you woulda looked simply FABULOUS in any of 'em, Madi! Oh, well. Maybe they could at least get you a shoe box. Our kittehs like to get in those and pretend they're driving a car like the ones you showed us.

    Wiggles & Wags,

  9. Awwww poor Madi....what ever will you do???
I think you would look adorable in a Mini Cooper Convertible :)

  10. A diva should have a flashy ride. Keep working on them and they'll see the errors of their way.

  11. Madi,
Those cars are pretty! I can't get you a new car but I did gets you an award! Stop by and pick it up!

    Woofs and Licks,
    Maggie Mae

  12. Oh Madi, I love the one at the end!!! Love that car.
You would look fabulous driving that honey!!!!!
Maybe Dad could go back to work so you could afford the insurance!!!!
    xxoo, Happy & Fern

  13. You defintely need a convertible so your furs can blow in the breeze!
    Licks and sniffs,
    Zack, Sassy and Buddy

  14. Wow!!
Madi just we two in a black Jaguar.....
    sounds puurfect !!!
You deserved the best my sweety :))
(Love your post Mom its very creative :))

    Hugs from Kareltje =^.^=

  15. MEOWZA!!!!!!!!!!!! Great cars, but we think you need a Catillac, sweet Madi!!!!! xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

  16. We agree with Sammy and Andy!...We liked the bumper sticker about life being short; it made Mommy laugh!...Happy day sweet Madi...xo...Calle, Halle, Sukki

  17. Wow those were all very cool cars - any one of them would have been perfect for a diva like you!! And we also agree with Sammy and Andy about the bumpersticker being funny!!

  18. Great cars....one can always dream....

  19. Madi, of course you must have your very own catmobile!
Surely your mom and dad can see that - it is essential.
There were some very cool cars at the show but we think something pink and shiny and very very long.
    love and kisses
    Martha and Bailey xxx

  20. I vote for the one with food... duh.

Question for Madi - exactly how many squirrels are in a pot load? And about how many dogs would that pot of squirrels feed?? Oh, and do you have a recipe?

  21. Hi Madi
No matter what you are the DIVA, wheels or no wheels!

  22. "ptui!" on insurance! Madi, you deserve a limo, you should't have to drive yourself anywhere!

  23. BOL Got you, Madi! What, you thought you got us? Think again you feline canine, aka cat dog, aka fe-nine BBBBBBOL

  24. Those cars are really cool!! Our dad-guy has an old Corvette!

  25. Madi, I can see you driving any one of those cars. Tell your mom to sell your cat litter to cover the insurance premiums....who wouldn't want diva litter?

  26. Hi, Madi!
The black jaguar is my favorite!
I can imagine you on it having a great ride!
    Insurance?? Hmmm....
    Kisses and hugs

  27. Madi--You WOULD look great in that black Jag. Of course, you would look great in anything, you gorgeous thing you!

  28. They are all SO COOL!!
Especially the black jaguar!!!( we think we must get that one for 3 of us)
Those cars are all so beautiful you could get one of them, but Madi,we think you are too gorgeous for them!
You should move on to the most beautiful and gorgeous car!

  29. Oh wow, I love car shows and this one looks fabulous. Love the Jaguar, that is a classy looking car. And the Tesla, I have only seen photos it would be great to see it up close. It looks like you had a fun time.

Please leave a meow or bark for Madi...her assistant (aka Mom) will respond in a timely fashion. =^..^=
Life is short, spend it with those who make you laugh
