Oh ya....I've seen this before. Especially when the doorbell rings! Then, after the 'stance'....it's run and hide under the bed, or maybe behind the computer. Whichever is nearer.
MADI, MY DEAR MADI....tell your mom, she has an email from me....purrrrrrdy please?
Sending hugs to you three. Now, gotta go play catchup on your bloggin'!!!
PS....well, dang this ol' lady wants one of them thar body activity pillows!! Bud could put surprised on the corners for me, and in the 'zipper' part, my treat...oh my treat. Just surprise me. A brownie maybe? And the purple people eater song....HILLLLLarious. Gotta luvya, gal...errrr, um Diva!!!
Hi! Thanks so much for stopping by! Madi, your stance should definitely keep those intruders away. Mama hates when she's alone and I all of sudden get wide eyes and stare at something directly behind her. Gets her every time.
Your Busy Body mat looks like so much fun!
Thank you so much for donating your scarves for the auction for Annie's surgery!!
We do the same thing when we hear a noise and Mom gets all nervous since she knows we can hear everything.Good girl Madi for warning the humans. Have yourself a great day.
Madi you would make a very good watch-cat! We were kinda freaking our mom out a bit last night by staring off into nowhere and becoming very alert. Maybe it was a mouse though(at least that is what our mum is telling herself). Snuggles and catnip, Bronson, Pepper, and mum
Yup, a couple of mine do that, too. On the other hand, when it's late at night and you hear a strange noise, it's kind of comforting to look at the cats and see that they haven't gone into alert status.
Careful Madi! Protecting the house is a tough job... and since you don't have a yapper like me, you have to rely on other ways to alarm the peeps.. the ears and tail should do it!! Now go get 'em you lil' diva you!! xo Gracie.
Please leave a meow or bark for Angel Madi...her assistant (aka Mom) will respond in a timely fashion. =^..^= Life is short, spend it with those who make you laugh “Worry never robs tomorrow of its sorrow, it only saps today of its joy.” (Leo F.
