Mom thought the Praying Mantis she rescued from the driveway this morning was big but she was tiny compared to that fellow. Glad he's not in your yard Madi.

Madi I wish you could have seen my Mom the other day. She was walking in our side yard and as she did a grasshopper about the size of the one in your picture appeared. Now Mom is deadly afraid of grasshoppers and so she started screaming for Dad. He didnt show up so she went and found the shovel, then the grasshopper was gone, but not for long because Mom looked for him and when she found him, well let's just say he's no longer with us.
