3.  Easter Synopsis
a. I greeted my sis with a hiss...(yes I'm a poet and I know it)
b. I love ham...but my stingy assistant mom only gave me enough to fit in a itty bitty thimble
c. Lo and behold when my sis was leaving, I let her pet my head
and said a very loving Meow goodbye to her. I told mom now that I'm 10 I am more mature. Actually I only hissed one time this visit. Mom says wonders never cease.
I told her that is just how I roll!
Hugs

That's a great photo of you Madi, we think Declan might be right about the meaning. We hisses when our human sis comes for visits too. Of course we get upset by any visitors.

  19. It's ok to hiss at the humans. You don't want them to think they're the boss when they're just visitors.

    xoxo,

  20. You always look so pretty in your pictures, Miss Madi! You were very mature to your sis, and I think you deserved a much bigger piece of ham. (Or the whole thing!) Oh, and my mom loves that billboard too. She likes frogs. She's very weird.

  21. Oh Madi...that billboard sign went over well in our house. We're big Kermit fans. However...we like to watch TV and when we see a horse, cheetah, monkey or a whale on tv we bark at it. Can't quite figure out where it goes when it walks off the screen....but we wait for it to come back and bark some more.

  22. Madi, only 1 hiss, that is pawsome. How did you do it?? I had to growl like a couple times and even howl here and there. You are an inspiration. I hope you had a great Easter cause I did.

  30. I love ham, too! But THEY don't share it with me!

    Your pal, Pip

    From Pip's assistant ...

To answer your question, our trip was a combination anniversary (10 years) and spring break trip. We were in Sedona, Arizona, which is about 2 hours north of Phoenix. We LOVED it and can't wait to go back! We had originally planned to drive to the Grand Canyon (about 90 minutes from Sedona), but ran out of time - which just gives us a reason to go back next year!

  31. It sounds like you had a Most Wonderful Easter, Madi, even if your mom was super duper stingy with the ham. Yeesh! She prolly just wanted MORE of it for herself. And good job being nice to your sissy AFTER you made sure she knew her place in the pack!

We luvs, luvs, LUVS Miss Marg! We're late getting around to bloggies tonight but we're off right away to wish her a happy birthday while it's still her birthday!

    Mayzie
