Since we are just 8 days away from the Blogville Olympics and Cat Blogsphere Olympics, we thought today's song
"How much is that Doggie in the Window"
was a purrfect song. Please click on the video below to hear the one and only Patti Page sing it

Today's sneak peek at some more Gymnasts.
How much is that doggie in the window? Arf Arf
The one with the waggley tail
How much is that doggie in the window
I do hope that doggie is for sale
Balance Beam
Molly says: OMDs I can see the beam so much better with my multi-lens Olympic Glasses
Madi says: Molly girlfriend you have gone Hollywood for sure!
Chorus*I must take a trip to California
And leave my poor sweetheart alone
If he has a dog, he won't be lonesome
And teh doggie will have a good home
Balance beam and Uneven Bars
Nora B. Webster says: I am just getting ready for my event. APPARENTLY, the photographer didn't get my real skills here. Any photographer knows you need to keep snapping pics..but no my assistant put the flashy beast down just as I went into my triple back flip!!!Lame. I'm accepting applications for a new assistant.
Madi says: OMDs look at your fancy self performing the balance beam and your fluffy tail has a mind of its own working on the uneven bars. You go girlfriend. Nora remember your assistant might be lacking in photography skills, BUT she loves you even when you mess up!! MOL
I read in the paper there are robbers ** (wof, wof)
With flashlights that shine in the dark
My love needs a doggie to protect him
And scare them away
Vault Dismount
Sarge says: Let me just show you how a well toned man dog
does it.
Madi says: OMDs you give me the vapor
A bunny
Or a kitty
I don't want a hawk that stalks
I don't want a blow of little fishies
He can't take gold fish for a walk
*Chorus repeated

ReplyDeleteKate.
You're event is gonna be great, Madi! Epic fail on the part of our mom for not getting our pictures submitted. She said she didn't have time. Not a good excuse. We'll enjoy seeing everyone else!
ReplyDeleteMadi, Molly looks so pawsome in those glasses and what a beautiful pose. Mommy loves this song and it reminds her of when she was a kid. Have a great day and REMINGTON is back on Monday, I am so excited.
ReplyDeleteLoveys Sasha
This is just so cool!!! How purrfect to have all the olympians in your post for a theme song?!!! Well done.
ReplyDeleteSorry, I'm behind getting around to visiting with the themers this week....had modem problems yesterday and just gave up being online altogether.
Sorry I am late in seeing and commenting on your Theme Song Post. We had some intense storms that knocked out the internet.
ReplyDeleteYour song and photos are wonderful. A very fun and different spin on a classic song.
Madi, you got the song perfectly for your O'Lympic entries.
ReplyDeleteWhat a purrfect song for the day's photos.
ReplyDeleteOur mama's gonna be humming that one for awhile. We will have to keep our ears covered all day tomorrow (mama couldn't carry a tune in a bucket and it hurts our ears) MOL!
Kitty Kisses,
Cindi Lou & The Kitty Krew
Molly, Molly, always so funny. And Nora's photo amazes me. Never seen a husky climbed so high up. I like her sense of humour too. Thanks Madi for sharing all these lovely pics. I am having a blast!
