Thursday Theme Song and Day 8

We thank Hootin Anni for hosting this fun meme

Since we are just 8 days away from the Blogville Olympics and Cat Blogsphere Olympics, we thought today's song
"How much is that Doggie in the Window"
was a purrfect song.  Please click on the video below to hear the one and only Patti Page sing it

Today's sneak peek at some more Gymnasts.

How much is that doggie in the window? Arf Arf
The one with the waggley tail
How much is that doggie in the window
I do hope that doggie is for sale
Balance Beam

Molly says:  OMDs I can see the beam so much better with my multi-lens Olympic Glasses
Madi says: Molly girlfriend you have gone Hollywood for sure!
Chorus*
I must take a trip to California
And leave my poor sweetheart alone
If he has a dog, he won't be lonesome
And teh doggie will have a good home
Balance beam and Uneven Bars

Nora B. Webster says: I am just getting ready for my event.  APPARENTLY, the photographer didn't get my real skills here.  Any photographer knows you need to keep snapping pics..but no my assistant put the flashy beast down just as I went into my triple back flip!!!Lame.  I'm accepting applications for a new assistant.

Madi says:  OMDs look at your fancy self performing the balance beam and your fluffy tail has a mind of its own working on the uneven bars.  You go girlfriend. Nora remember your assistant might be lacking in photography skills, BUT she loves you even when you mess up!!  MOL

I read in the paper there are robbers ** (wof, wof)
With flashlights that shine in the dark
My love needs a doggie to protect him
And scare them away
Vault Dismount

Sarge says:  Let me just show you how a well toned man dog
does it.
Madi says:  OMDs you give me the vapor
A bunny
 Or a kitty
I don't want a  hawk that stalks
I don't want a blow of little fishies
He can't take gold fish for a walk
*Chorus repeated

  22. You're event is gonna be great, Madi! Epic fail on the part of our mom for not getting our pictures submitted. She said she didn't have time. Not a good excuse. We'll enjoy seeing everyone else!

  25. Sorry I am late in seeing and commenting on your Theme Song Post. We had some intense storms that knocked out the internet.
Your song and photos are wonderful. A very fun and different spin on a classic song.
