Number 1
I HAVE TO HELP HIM SHAVE AND
HE IS LATE
******************
Number 2
Mom is losing it:
Monday 2/17/14
she awoke at 5am to a very vivid dream.
She found a black Scottie on the side of
the road. It had on a red collar with the name
Mussey on it.
I put my itty bitty kitty paw down telling her
I did not want a sibling.
She expects this dream was a result of all
the Scotties who pawticipated in the
Queen of Hearts Ball
Number 3
It is once again time for us to celebrate
Dr. Seuss' Birthday.
Furiends ask your peeps
to put on their thinking hats
to write a rhyme for Sunday 3/2/14

Gosh this sounds like fun. Gail only discovered Dr Suess through her American friends. Sadly he was not part of a 1960s English childhood.
ReplyDeleteToodle pip!
Bertie.
PS Did Dad turn up in the end, or is he roaming the streets unshaved?
PPS Are you sure it was a dream?
Dreaming about scotties isn't a bad thing...just sayin'.

My human and her mother did not get along. In fact, if they had taken two steps back, they would have had to admit they did not even LIKE each other. But my human's one regret, now that her mother is gone (since January, 2009), is that she was never able to give her a Scotty dog, because she knew that she loved them so.
ReplyDeleteBawahwhahhwhahwa perhaps Mom will have a dream about a beautiful blond Collie Madi BOL... Blogville can sure mess with your head BOL xxooxxxx
ReplyDeleteMollie and Alfie
Happy Scottie dreaming to mum. Madi you look so charming and patient waiting for daddy. Have a terrific Tuesday.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes Molly
What a good girl you are to keep your Daddy company while he shaves. Your Mom did remember a lot of details from her dream. We hope, for your sake, that Mussey remains a dream Scottie. ;)
ReplyDeleteIt's cute that you help your Dad shave. Did he ever show up, or does he have whiskers like you now?
ReplyDeleteWe hope your Daddy showed up! When ours doesn't shave he looks like a wooly bear!!!
ReplyDeleteYour Mom's dream sure was vivid!!!
Hugs,
Your Guy Raz

Dreaming about Scotties is a sign for good luck. I will ask my dad for a poem, he is a fan of the Grinch ( and the only one who is moved to tears when we watch the movie)

That is such a good girl Madi, to snoooopervise that Dad while he shaves. Poor Mom, now she is dreaming about Scotties. They are really cute. Have a great day.
ReplyDeleteAwww Madi you are so cute sitting there waiting for your Dad. We had a cat named Holly that never let CH have a moment alone in the bathroom. And she was a TP shredder.. :)
ReplyDeleteMaybe you could have the next Puppy Bowl at your house pretty Madi!
ReplyDeleteIt might be an omen of fate Madi!
ReplyDeleteYour Dad needs to be put on a STRICT Shaving Schedule...
ReplyDeleteTHAT is a strange dream your mom had....
We will TRY to do somethingy fur Dr. Seuss Day... Our MOM loves his books...
How could dad be late for shaving, Madi? That is ridiculous! He needs to get himself together. What kind of name is Mussey for a Scottie? Yeah, mom had a "vivid" dream...after eating too much chocolate (or maybe she got into your catnip)?!?! Thanks for the Dr. Seuss reminder!

ReplyDeleteOh boy - now I have rhyming homework!
Good job on helping your dad shave, Madi! Why was he late? I hope he had a good excuse!
Oh just think about it for a bit, Madi. A little black scottie would be just perfect for you. The two of you could find lots of ways to have fun:)
ReplyDeleteWoos - Phantom, Ciara, and Lightning
But Madi, us K9s are a lovable bunch, how could you put your paw down for No Scotties?! BOL
ReplyDeleteI love your two tone eyes while waiting for your dad!
Your BFFF,

We dunno, Madi...We've heard it said that very vivid dreams sometimes are omens or premonitions!
ReplyDeleteI am sure your dad gets a much better shave with you helping him Madi.
ReplyDeleteYour mom had the Valentine's Day ball on her brain when she went to bed last night.
ReplyDeleteHope you helped dad shave without nicks. And by the way, I love that Dr Suess
ReplyDeleteLily
That is so nice of you to help your Dad shave Madi. You should see the three of us sitting on the sink when Mama is brushing her teeth. We don't leave her much room.
ReplyDeleteYour Mom has very detailed dreams, sure you don't want a brother?
