Topsy Turvy Thursday

This photo was taken on October 30, 2014...
I love this chair and I love it where it sits near the sunny window....

Well friends my world has flipped...
now this chair is located all the way across the room.
Of course being a glass 1/2 full kinda gal
I decided to make the
best of the situation...mom likes to call this
enrichment fun...aka changing things up to
spark my curiosity.
I bet you can hear my mathematical brain calculating
just how far it is from here to table.  I hope you didn't
place a bet on whether or not Mom was able to capture my
quick as lightning leap
MOL SHE MISSED IT.  I LANDED WITH THE
EASE OF A PROFESSIONAL.  NOW I'M WONDERING
IF PER CHANCE I'LL BE ABLE TO LAND IN HER
SUPPER PLATE NEXT LEAP?
THE CHRISTMAS TREE IS NOW SITTING
WHERE MY CHAIR USUALLY SITS...
MOM IS HAPPY TO SAY TO DATE....IN ALL MY 12 CHRISTMASES...I HAVE NEVER BOTHERED THE TREE
I DO LOVE SITTING UNDER IT THOUGH.

  3. That is the downside of this time of year Madi...they move furniture without any consideration to us.... big sigh. Have a tremendous Thursday.

  4. Not fair moving your chair, but at least it is fun to have the Christmas tree back.
I put a wrong number in the catchpa the other day to see if it worked, and it did so I stopped putting any in to see if it still worked, and of course it did. I think blogger might have put it there to monitor how many people will use them.

  6. That chair looks comfy, wherever it is located.

That's brilliant, Madi. Flynn is probably right, they are probably trying to see how many of us obediently fill it out.

  7. You´re a perfect Lady!
My cats destroyed my trees, always.
Now, only ornaments high on the walls!

  8. Oh no, that is just not right! If you need me to come over and move it back ...and quite possibly break that window - just let me know! As you know, I make angel house calls when friends are in need.

Gracious, that must have been an epic jump... perhaps mum was too anxious for your limbs to use the snappy beast!!! Hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx

  11. Good jump Madi.Glad you made it all right. Those jumps are hard to capture. Also on the word verification deal, if you change your comment in your settings over to embedded, those letters and numbers just go away.
You all have a great day.

I'm glad Mom doesn't have to worry about a pair of eyes peaking out of the XMAS tree!

  14. How nice of Mom to move the easy reading chair so you can check out what she's eating! BOL
I wish I could see what my peeps are eating. I patiently sit under the table and hope "gravity" sends things my way. 😁

  19. My favorite chair is still in its usual spot, but Momma doesn't sit in it with the tree up. She moved her footstool over by the couch and hangs out there now so she can see the TV without the tree in the way. Humans are SO fickle!

  20. Haha, your mum put your chair in a prime spot. We can just see you practicing to leap onto the Christmas turkey!

  28. We have never quite figured out why cats can be on tables but we aren't even allowed to put our paws up there???

Yes, that verification thing is an odd one, we figured that out a couple of weeks ago when it first started to appear.

  33. Our tree is up, and no major furniture was moved in the process. We think our tree is in an odd spot, but hey, if we get presents, it's okay with us! We can't jump up on the table, but we have figured out how to get on the chairs and table surf! Happy Friday!
