I have a new theme song that describes how I feel about being sequestered...
TOGM took the pics in this collage on Friday.
I was meowing to Dad...
and it reminded TOGM of the Song
TITLE: LET ME IN except I'm saying OUT

Here is the first chorus!! It truly describes me
Let me out whee-ooh (whee-ooh, whee-ooh, hoop-whee-ooh)
(Whee-ooh, whee-ooh, hoo-ooh-oop-whee-ooh, whee-ooh)
I can see the dancin' (let me out)
The silhouettes on the shade
I hear the music (music), all the lovers on parade
Open up (let me out), I wanna come out again
I thought you were my friend
Pitter patter of those fee-ee-ee-ee-eet
Movin' and a-groovin' with that be-eat
Jumpin' and stompin on the flo-o-o-o-oor
(Lemme out) Let me out!
(Open up) Open up!
Why don't you open up that door? (let me out)
I-uh (open up) hear music let me out (music)
I wanna come in again
Let me out (let me out), a-well I heard it just then
I thought you were my friend
(Whee-ooh, whee-ooh, hoop-whee-ooh)
(Whee-ooh, whee-ooh, hoo-ooh-oop-whee-ooh, whee-ooh)

Sometimes when Madi naps with her nose covered by her paw I worry shell will suffocate...Madi says mom you are so silly |
Hope you ladies have a great week!
ReplyDeleteI remember dat bein locked up - no fun at all!
ReplyDeletePoor Madi....hope that all is well now.
ReplyDeletethat's a super song Madi... can I use your lyrics when I have to sit in the car?
ReplyDeleteBeing locked up means there's a closed door, and that's not allowed.... especially of you're on the wrong side of it. How long is your incarceration for the bathroom reno supposed to last, Madi?
ReplyDeleteWe hope the renovations are going well and you get your house back soon!
ReplyDeleteOh Madi, did you wear yourself out with all you escaping? You do look sooooo cute snuggled there having a nap....I hope you can sleep through the workpeeps noises today
ReplyDeleteLoves and licky kisses
Princess Leah xxx
We hate being shut up too Madi. It is no fun and we are sorry that you have to have that happen. Hope you get out on the week ends and at night. Have a great day.
ReplyDeleteI swear, every time Tahoe is in with me and I shut the door, she makes a BEE line to the door meowing 'til I open it and she rushes out. Then, I close the door behind her, and she sits at the threshold waiting to be let in again. It's become a game of sorts. I think she's laughing at me...the 'sucker'.
ReplyDeleteLOVE the header!!!
OH MADI... this song is you you wee oooo you... i am laughing now at you at the door.. i can imagine the sounds and don't know how daddy stood it to not open that door... i went to the link and can't believe it but i have never heard that song...
ReplyDeleteI love your tummy pics! I'm sorry you want out. But, it's for your own good as they say. Cannot having you escape out the front door.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the ear worm pretty Madi!
ReplyDeleteThat "whee-oo" jogged my memory banks, Madi! :) At least you are safe up there.

Being confined is not fun! Poor you, Madi.
ReplyDeleteA very cute napping photo from someone who is clearly being tortured!
ReplyDeleteYour Pals,

Ha roo roo roo! I love your song, Madi! You should sing it REALLY loud - all the time! Awesome!
ReplyDeleteYours sincerely,
Margaret Thatcher
Awww, sweetie, I hope you won't have to be sequestered too much longer. Mom is keeping you safe, though. You don't want to be in the middle of a lot of construction!
ReplyDeleteHow sweet to nap for your friend. I am sorry you are trapped.
ReplyDeleteYou sure were trying hard to get out of there. What a super cute napping picture. Aren't pawrents silly to worry about stuff like having your paw over your nose?
ReplyDeleteAs far as us cats are concerned, there should never be a closed door in the house. :). Madi, we like your new header!
ReplyDeleteOh Madi...I hope you got let out before suppertime. :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute napper you are, Madi!!
ReplyDeleteSmileys!
