Nature and Feline Friday

Hosted by my Niece Rosy, and her 2 brudders Arty and Jakey HERE

Our Hostas nearly came up overnight.  For years we tried unsuccessfully to have them
in the ground.  A critter ate them.  Now we put them in planters no critter troubles.

Our mint has a mind of its own comes up no matter how poorly we treat it or
what critter nibbles on it.

I sure do wish I had smell mail...so you all could get a whiff of the lovely petunias

Dearest Aunty HiC
So, this just happened...

Mom: Kat, what in the world are you doing?
Me: Nothing to see here. Just cutting out coupons. Move along, please. 😻

❤️ Kat Your Feline Nephew

Dearest Nephew...you have made Uncle and Aunty giggle at what you said to your Mom!!
OMCs...I hope you found some cat food coupons.
I will be posting this next week.  Too funny.

  5. It's definitely spring at your house! I have to laugh at the coupons ... my Mom had a special box for organizing her coupons. I put a coupon from one of Kitty's treat bags in the box and next thing you know, her head is stuck in the box. Can't blame a girl for trying!

  12. Ghostwriter always says, don't plant any kind of mint unless you absolutely love it because it will take over the entire garden.

My kitty cat cousins live with a parrot named Echo who loves to do just what Kat is doing.

Have a great Mother's Day weekend!

  16. Hmmm, there have been several attempts to plant hostas here, but for some reason they get "yellow" watered too much:)

Kat might have to work on finessing his cutting skills - BOL.

  21. We're glad to hear your hosta are safe in their pots. That Kat is a silly one. Walter would be ripping up the paper if he found it on the ground too.

  22. Your hostas were probably victims of slugs. Slugs absolutely love hostas. The pots will discourage them as the plants aren't so convenient to get to ;-)
