As you all probably remember, five mornings a week we take our walk at the Mall. When the weather is nice, we walk outside at the mall.
Over the years we have found lots of coins and paper money.
Several credit cards and even a passport.
However, this past week we found something quite unexpected.
I don't keep my phone turn on..it took about a minute for it to come on.
Still no person in sight. I took my picture then on with our walk in the parking lot. Another 2 or 3 minutes passed. Still no one. We went back by after our walk. There was a man
getting two more huge bottles out of the car. Kinda surprised he left them unattended as long as he did.
2 champagnes and 2 wines. The one with the red foil was quite fat.

ReplyDeletethey look like props for a film! That's some party getting organised... YAM xx
Hmmm, we're surprised that didn't get carted off by someone if it was just sitting there, unattended.
ReplyDeletethat could be dangerous, kids could grab it and drink themselves to death. very odd to leave it there at all for any amount of time.. yay for found money... at the YMCA their lost and found is HUGE... it is amazing what people leave behind
ReplyDeleteWell that's the most unique find I've ever heard of!
ReplyDeleteThat is totally strange!!!
ReplyDeleteThat sure is an unusual sight on your walk.
ReplyDeleteWhat??? No Duplin?????
ReplyDeleteThe guy who just left that sitting by his car might have already been sampling some "fruit of the grape" if he in fact thought it was OK to leave it out in the open while he got MORE. Interesting. You all have almost "seen it all" in the parking lot.....almost. HAHA
ReplyDeleteHugs, Pam
Mom has seen a lot of things on her walk but never wine and champagne!!!

My ghostwriter almost never goes to the mall anymore. But the last time, about a month or two ago she had to go to Lens Crafters to get new glasses. On one entire side of the mall, the sidewalks were covered in white feathers! It looked like a hundred pillows exploded! Turned out these feathers were from the sea gulls who live on the mall roof. It was molting season, and the prevailing winds had gathered up all the feathers in one spot. What a mess!
ReplyDeleteWe've never seen anything like this before!
ReplyDeleteIn my sillier days, I would have reached down, cracked open one of those bottles, and had an impromptu party! That guy was incredibly trusting, to have left his stuff like that!
ReplyDeleteWow sometimes you really have to wonder about certain things! Why would someone do this?
ReplyDeleteGreat find!
ReplyDeleteThat's a 'trusting' guy.
ReplyDeleteI hope you gave the bottles a good home
ReplyDeleteThat is funny. He is lucky some teenagers didn't come along and grab them. XO
ReplyDeleteYes, very strange indeed
ReplyDeleteMy momma wouldn't have been that trusting.
ReplyDeleteIf he had left them here, they wouldn't have lasted a minute! Theft here is really outta control, especially in parking lots! then again...if there were tequila, they wouldn't have been safe from me....margaritas for everyone! hehehehee
ReplyDeleteKisses,
Ruby ♥
In some places, they would have been gone.
