Happy Tuesday

This is one of the homes we see on when we ride thru
Country Club Estates
It makes me HAPPY for many reasons:
1. I don't have to cut the grass
2. I don't clean the windows
3. I don't have to vacuum  or mop
4. I don't have to pay utility bills or even worse
Property taxes!!

What makes you happy about it?

  2. That is a big house! All those things would make me happy too, or maybe I should say relieved!

  3. Totally my thought these days. Although as a child it would have prompted fantasies about living in such a grand establishment!

  4. It's a beauty and I love the windows but it's way too big for me and Molly!

That is a good list of reasons to be happy - plus, being able to please the eye gazing upon it with none of the pain of all that upkeep! YAM xx

  6. I agree with all your reasons and the only one i can add is I am more the log cabin type, this is to formal for me. i can't even imagine the taxes. my cousin once lived in a house that her taxes were more than I made at my job.

  7. Oh, that's funny! Before I read your comments, I tried to imagine what *could* make you happy about this house, and all I could come up with were, possibly, the trees. We have a house like that located not far enough back on the 55 acres behind us...

  8. I'm happy it isn't mine. I couldn't afford the upkeep and the property taxes. Made me think though.

Thank you for joining the Happy Tuesday Blog Hop.

Have a fabulous Happy Tuesday. Big hug, honey. ♥

  9. That sure is a beautiful house but we agree that the upkeep on something like that would be a lot. Maybe if I win the lottery I can afford all the staff I would need to keep it up. BOL!

  10. I agree with your four! I also would not want to pay for tuck pointing the brick as the years go by. We had to do tuckpointing on our chimney before we sold our home in St. Louis in 2001 and that was a chunk of change. It's a pretty home but it needs some personality!

  14. We totally agree with you on this, and
    1. I like their wreaths and that I did NOT have to climb a ladder to hang them
    2. I don't have to clean the gutters
