Thoroughly Poetic and thankful Thursday #72

 Two SPOILED CATS,

Angel Sammy and Teddy find such inspiring photos for us

This is our picture prompt

B I N G O
Bingo was the name
of their game.
They are serious
If you dare to sit THEIR table,
they become furious.
 You might think them curious

Thank you Brian for hosting
I am thank my husband has a
keen eye and green thumb.

Our house faces north.  We have only shade tolerant
shrubs and plants in the front.
However our deck gets indirect morning sun, noon sun
and afternoon sun.

Several years ago we replaced our original deck.  He asked the builders to incorporate four planters on the corners of the deck.
We have all our technicolor on the deck.
This year might be the best year we've had with the planters.

  1. Your planters are a lot more attractive than the faces of the bingo ladies!

  6. The planters were a great idea and I love your colorful collage of plants and blooms! I find the serious bingo players funny! Our house faces north, too.

  7. my favorite plants in your beautiful planters are the tiny little cedars... they really are beautiful. our house faces north also and here in Florida that is the best way to be... when i saw the bingo ladies my first thought was they are probably younger than you and I are and look so much older. Seniors don't look like old fuddy duddys like they did back then. these days the bingo players would be hatless, smiling and laughing and wearing jeans and t shirts or leggings and t shirts.

  8. LOL at your poem...those do look like some cranky ladies!

I have always loved seeing what B creates in your planters. This year he has outdone himself!

  12. Your planters are looking beautiful. So many pretty flowers in such pretty colors. We are glad we are back home so we can keep that pesky squirrel from eating all the flowers on Mom's pentas.
