January

Cold mornings followed by blue clear skies
or is it clear blue skies?

Pleasant afternoon walks to my delight.
Trees standing tall, branches bare
Leaves covered yards now
blown to the curb.
Stretching for blocks some neatly piled high
Lining the streets on both sides
As cars pass, they blow everywhere

Soon the city will have their leaf sucking monsters
slowly driving down all the streets

Good bye to the leaves and all the trees

  10. The clear blue sky is just gorgeous and thankfully, the towns we drive through have already vacuumed up all of the leaves at the curb. I wonder why yours waits so long?

  18. WOW - impressive piles of leaves at the street......we don't have that option but our landscaper blows all our leaves into our woods instead. Blue skies always make us happy ! Love the flashback of Angel Madi in that very very cool bed!

    Hugs, Teddy

  19. Your streets, with the leaf piles, look like ours, but a few month ago. We're dealing with piles of snow now. The snow plow has been around and cleared the roads, but the sidewalk plow hasn't been seen yet.

It was nice to see your kitty angel Madi!
