You first met Queen Grimhilde on Halloween here

Happy to say she won 1st place.  There were five departments who submitted a pumpkin at my friend's office.

Queen Grimhilde won her her department!!

    Well we didn't see the others, but Gail and I are still confident that Queen Grimhilde was a deserved winner. Well done those accountants! Let's hope they confine their creativity to decorating pumpkins...

    Dad made a stupid comment about her reminding him of someone, but I don't think it'd be appropriate to share it here. Oh, and to answer your question- yes, the sun comes through both doors at certain times of the day. The back sliders are the best for sun puddles, although those new heavy insulated drapes, which we're learning are very, very necessary, block the sun these days.

    What a great Halloween decoration. Some people are so creative. Hubby and I were just talking the other day about how many more people decorate now for Halloween then they used too.
