I am thankful Madi and I met Marg Elmendorf early into Blogging and that she shared her love of all critters great and small
This was posted on April 9, 2014...some of the lucky animals loved and cared for by Marg.
Poetic Thursday hosted by our pals Teddy and Angel Sammy
Here is our challenge for today
Upon the rock she sits helpless
She silently beckons please
While waiting for a brisk Spring breeze

ReplyDeleteAll I could think of was Humpty Dumpty! YAM xx
Marg sure is such a special lady!
ReplyDeleteThat poem had me giggling!!
Thinking now of the chicken eggs walking around in the music Pictures at an Exhibition by Mussorgsky.
The photo made me laugh, but I didn't think of her being helpless until you said it. How is she going to do anything with her arms trapped inside!
ReplyDeleteWhat a crazy photo and your poem is just perfect! Happy Birthday to Marg!
ReplyDeleteI feel so sad for all the animals she cared and loved for and I know she m issues them.. my first thought when the egg girl came up was, WHAT? you did well, and I like the Humpty Dumpty thought
ReplyDeleteWe used to read Marg's blog for several years before she had to stop. What a wonderful lady she is.
