Big thank you to Sharir (pronounced Sharear) my new favorite Best Buy Geek for being so good at his job. WOW it was a seamless appointment. He is the was fun, personable, knowledgeable and kind. FYI if anyone watches the tv program S.W.A.T. Sharir looks just like the actor Shermar Moore...

Being a Madison myself, I love what you did with the letters that spell the name. Ann is so amazing! Looks like the computer situation is all set, so that stress is over for several years hopefully.

Miss Ann does the best of jobs on these wonderful celebrations of our furred family, doesn't she? AND very glad you got your new computer set up and running. LOVE that new screen!
