We both have sinus infections now.
Since December 31, 2024 we have been to urgent care two times.
Both on antibiotics
Sleeping has been difficult due to stuffy heads and coughing
We often get up at 3 or 4 am because we can't sleep.
Have breakfast and start our day in the dark.
At least we were well and had a lovely visit with our daughter, son-in-law and 3 grand kitties.
Sorry to hear you're both sick. Sinus infections are no fun.
ReplyDeleteThat statue is pretty impressive.

ReplyDeletePOTP for the lurgy to leave you... and that is indeed a mighty fish statue! Then again, it's a might fish in life... YAM xx
That is a lovely graceful looking statue. I am sorry you are both still ill. I hope things soon improve. Thanks for sending the cards which arrived yesterday.
ReplyDeleteLove the blue marlin statue and I hope that you and Bryan feel better soon!
ReplyDeleteI was happy to hear the marlin is not a real one.. the statues are lovely. So sorry to hear you now have the sinus infection also.. I lift up prayers for both of you to get past this illness and back to normal. I am happy for you it did not mess with your wonderful Christmas with your daughter.. hugs and well wishes are on the way
ReplyDeleteYesterday I wore my mask, cleaned the cart handle and stayed away from the people while shopping for food in Walmart. only one other person had on a mask. I dug out all my left over 2020 supplies and will now be doing what I did then
This evil thing is going to hang on well into the new year isn't it. And the less sleep you get the worse you feel. I pray it's over soon. In the meantime Precious wants to let Angel Madie know that we really enjoy the new blue header. For the new year. And the pictures from the ocean are terrific especially since we're going to get 6 inches snow today.
ReplyDeleteSuch a wonderful statue. Wishing you both a speedy recovery, and may that be the last that ails you through 2025 and beyond.

Cool statue. Feel better soon.
ReplyDeleteGreat photos... that sky! The Blue Marlin statue is amazing. You know I had to check out Red Fish Grill's menu. Great reviews on Trip Advisor!
ReplyDeleteI am so sad you two are so sick. I guess it is going to take some time to work through it. Sending you more wishes to feel better pronto! I am going to be dragging our masks (Jerry won't wear one) out of the dark corner of the storage closet and put one on when we go to the Publix. There is an evil germ out there!
That looks like a really cool place to wander around and visit. I feel your pain. I still have the sniffles, but most of the bad congestion is gone now. Get well soon.
ReplyDeleteThe statue is impressive! However, I'm sorry you're both dealing with sinus infections. Sending lots of healing energy that you both feel better soon. ❤️
ReplyDeleteWe hope you are feeling better soon. There are so many nasty bugs going around. Lee and Phod and their peeps
ReplyDeleteThose are cool, huge fish sculptures. Sorry to hear you and Bryan aren't feeling well. We will keep our paws crossed that you feel better soon.
ReplyDeleteI am so sorry to read about these sinus infections. You have certainly been through the mill. Feel better soon and sending hugs. (the photos are great)
ReplyDeleteI would really love to see that myself! You guys have the neatest things. By the way, ask the Dr. for a prescription cough syrup with codeine. Made a H-U-G-E difference for me.
ReplyDeleteI am always fascinated with the docks.
ReplyDeleteSo sorry for all the sickies. Hopefully the antibiotics will help. The Mom and Dad here have also been fighting bad colds and coughs. Sleeping is quite the challenge. Feel better.

I'm so sorry you're both sick. I'm finally about 90% and Jeff's still recovering from pneumonia after 2 rounds of antibiotics. The whole country seems to be sick!
ReplyDeleteGet well soon !
ReplyDeleteI sure hope you both feel all better soon. Such a cool place for a tournament. Years and years ago I fished in a white marlin tournament in Ocean City, MD. We were out all day and never saw a marlin LOL!
ReplyDeleteNice photos. Sorry you are both so sick. I hope you both get better soon. XO
ReplyDeleteLove this statue! And I’m purring that you both feel better soon. ~Murphy
