Happy Tuesday in Training

We thank our Hostess Sandee at Comedy Plus

We walk at the mall each day around 9 am before the stores open

We often see service dogs with handlers.  Recently this most HAPPY site.

I think this beautiful Yellow Lab was having his/her final test.

The lady in the green shirt appeared to have a list/test. The other handler would relay instructions to this precious pup. She had a treat pouch too.

He and his trainers walked all around the mall.  In different situations. Below right was a play area for children with coin operated rides.  There were two children there.  The pup was not at all bothered...kept focus.

Both smiled all the time.  I am 1000% sure he/she received an A++++++++

  2. That is sweet to see a service dog in training, or rather finishing his training to then go and work for some special person who so benifits from these digs.

  3. It is good to see them trained, and hopefully that dog passed with flying colours. Someone will be glad to have him as his companion and guardian.

    1. You don't have to put the yeast in warm water to proof. Just add it to the mixer with the rest of the ingredients. So easy peasy!

  8. That would have been very interesting to watch for a few minutes. I really don't know anything about service dogs being trained, just that they are so needed by the people who have them. And thank goodness for the dogs.

  9. Service dog training is very hard and takes at least two years. We have a friend the is the head of a company that trains the dogs and another friend who is training one. It is super hard because he isn't allowed to do all the things her pet dog does. It is very strict from the time they are about 8 weeks old. Mom could never follow all the rules.

  14. service dogs are the best; every now and then Ill see one on the
walking trails; there’s one trail very close to a busy street and they
handle the traffic like champs. ‼️💙💚
