AWWW MONDAY from Florida

 Hostess Sandee at Comedy Plus

Thank you

Saturday April 11,  my gal pal Chelle in Florida took another day trip just down the road from her house
To visit the Florida Agricultural Museum There were Vendors  show and other events. Sono tour of the museum.  We will be going to go back out for the actual museum
She shared some beautiful pictures of horses.

The last picture shows the old buildings which is part of the Museum....so we'll go back for that.

  1. The museum appears to be an excellent destination for school field trips. Experiencing something firsthand has a far more lasting impact on students than simply reading about it in a book. I always enjoyed taking my class on field trips because I was also learning new things. Thanks for sharing Chelle!

    1. You're welcome....and I do believe that they have school trips visiting them. There were even people in period dress....I should have taken some pictures of them!

  7. I think of Florida as being the state of alligators! So seeing horses and cows down there looks odd to me, lol. What looks even more odd is beautiful blue sky with puffy clouds, lol.

  8. We love seeing really old farms when we are driving around the country. It makes one imagine how different the lives of those people were from what life is now.

  10. Lots of horses and equestrian events in Florida with Wellington, Ocala, Sarasota and Palm City being very horsey. If you love horses and I do, Wellington is known for the Winter Equestrian Festival and the Global Dressage Festival.
Lovely photos of horses! Thank you to your friend Chelle for sharing her horse photos. There is a lot to see in the beautiful and more quiet rural areas of Florida that are forgotten with all the beachy areas being the center of attention here.

  12. I agree 100% with Pix that the rural areas of Florida are a joy all in themselves when you take time to see them. I loved in the State the I was first married. Unforgettable. And now, things have changed so much. The tiny, tiny area we first lived in with maybe a thousand residents is now a huge area of probably 7 cities combined. Unrecognizable.
