Today is Poetic Thursday hosted by our pals Teddy and Angel Sammy at Two Spoiled Cats
Today's photo challenge
Years ago while at Busch Gardens
our inner child came out.
I don't like roller coaster
Bryan wanted to ride the Big Bad Wolf
😨😱
Rules were posted by the ride
height, health conditions and weight
I am a rule follower. I tried to use
all as excuses...he said POOH to all of them.
Just once he said ....
OMCs let me just say it was the most fun we rode it 4 times in a row.
First ride I didn't open my eyes
Below are some of the pictures I took of it
Cars hang from under the track
Then off you go.....for a wild ride thru the canopy of trees
the next 3 times all my senses enjoyed the ride
eyes
smell
breeze
my tummy tickled from all the giggling
As you pass over the water, your feet are just 3 or 4' above
the water
This ride is no longer at Busch Gardens

oooh that feeling... I'm not made for such fast rides... but it looks fantastic
ReplyDeleteOh my friend I remember The Big Bad Wolf at Busch Gardens! David would barely speak to me after I made him ride it with me years ago. HAHAHAHA I loved it - he was terrified. I think it was when those gondola things we ride in would go sideways on turns that got to him the most! HAHAHA We haven't been to Busch Gardens in YEARS but I loved it - beautiful park and shopping in the different "countries" was so much fun! BIG HUGS, Pam
ReplyDeleteI'm glad YOU had fun! I'm nauseous just reading your post. 😆
ReplyDeleteThat looks like a fun ride and I would do that one today but no more scary roller coasters for me anymore but they were fun while they lasted.
ReplyDeleteI think I would have enjoyed that one. I always loved a good roller coaster
ReplyDeleteSo glad you enjoyed the roller coaster ride. I've ridden one or two in my life but since I'm terrified of heights I really never got much fun out of it. However I do have to say when I'm standing on the ground looking up at everybody having fun, I got a good laugh out of that.
ReplyDeleteMom says she loves those rides that toss, turn, twist, and scare a person to death but she hasn't been to an amusement park in many years now.
ReplyDeleteAdorei tua poesia do brinquedo. è por vezes assustado9r! beijos, chica
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun story of your ride at Busch Gardens. I don't think I would like to go on that ride either.
ReplyDeleteYou are a brave woman which is not new news to me :) I did roller coasters in my teens but not anymore... nope. I enjoyed your poem. Made me smile. I can feel the breeze🙃
