Tuesday Tale from the Coast of NC

Shortly after my human sis and bil (peeps to Mia and Frisco) returned home from visiting

us I rec'd an urgent bubble (a text between cats) message from Mia.

Here is how the conversation went:

Mia: while our peeps were visiting you the wonderful and talented 

Ms. Ashley, (our favorite vet tech) was looking after us.

Madi:  Mia you are right Ms. Ashley is wonderful.  She took wonderful care of Angel Harley too

Mia: Frisco behaved inappropriately when Ms. Ashley came to visit. 

Madi:  Oh no did he burp or scratch somewhere he shouldn't have?

Mia: Thank goodness NO!!  I would have been mortified.  BUTT before she came Frisco told me he knew her first and she loved him best.  He did all kinds of goofy kitty things trying to get her attention. 

Madi:  Mia the first time my peeps met him he did the same thing. He is such a B O Y!!

Mia: I only met Ms. A briefly right after my peeps adopted me.  We didn't have time to properly bond.  When she arrived, I walked up to her very lady like.  She was cooing and ohhhhh over me.  Lo and behold Frisco rolled over on his back and stuck his tongue out at her.  

Madi: Tell me it ain't so....OH NO I hope Ms Ashley wasn't offended!!

Mia:  Well she came back to see us again....but look at the photo she sent to 

my Mom via text!!!

FRISCO:  I DID NOT!!!!

I was licking a treat crumb off my nose!!!

Also I complimented her on her shoes.   They had puppies and kitties all over them.

Hey Smarty pants Mia did you know ladies like it when you compliment their shoes????!!!

Last week Dad took mom to Chick fil A (I bet he won't do that again) for breakfast.

OMCows when they walked in at 7:15 am they were greeted by THE COW!!

Imagine Dad's surprise when he turns around with a tray full of hot coffee to find 

Mom with her arm around the Chick fil A cow. 

Mom asked the Cow if he had breakfast he shook his head no!!

Mom said, Oh moo I don't have my camera (FYI: mom still uses a flip phone)!

One of the friendly employees told Mom she'd be happy to take a photo to send to her.

She told mom you'd be surprised at the number of adults who want a picture with

the Cow!! OMCows there are other crazy 2 leggers out there too.

We want to thank Ms. Barbara and her friendly co workers at the 

Chick fil A on  Glenwood Avenue/Hwy 70 in Raleigh.

What a way to start the first week of a New Year.  No telling what else she will do the year is young!!
