I am a huge fan of word search puzzles.  I recently completed one
entitled In "Stenographer".

There was a list of 31 words that can be made out of the word
STENOGRAPHER I was shocked.

Who is up for the challenge of trying to make 31 words from
Stenographer?

Next Wednesday, May 20, I'll post the list.

1.  Do you think there is life on other planets?  I hope so, I'd love to meet ET!!!!
2.  What is your VERY FAVORITE meal either to cook yourself OR to order in a restaurant?  I have several favorite meals to cook.  I especially like dishes that have enough for 2 meals.  Here are a few of them:  Bolognese sauce, Tex-Mex Chili, Steak Suey and Beef stew (non traditional).  All very old, tried and true recipes of the family. 
3.  If you could afford ANY car in the world – what would it be.  Fire Engine Red  vintage Ferarri 
4.  Are you superstitious? No and it surprises me because my Daddy was very superstitious. 
5.  Do you prefer early mornings or late nights or both?  Early Morning, remember I was owned by cats for 30+ years. It is their sworn duty to see that their people are up and out early so they can sleep 23 1/2 hours a day.
6.  What is your favorite type of music? Country 1980-late 1990's, anything from 1960's, big band instrumentals

I am suppose write some questions and nominate some folks to answer them.  You know me I'm a rule breaker. Here are my questions (that I have also answered) if you would like to answer the questions please do.  Either in the comments or on your own blog.

1.  If you could change your name what would it be?  I've always liked my name; however,favorite sissy of Angel Madi used to say she was going to change her name to Cindy when she was grown.  She never did.

2.  What have you learned about yourself that you did not know during your recent stay at home?  My mama was a firm believer in 'making do with what you had, she was raised during the Depression.  I learned that I can make do, BUT THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO SUBSTITUTE for TOILET PAPER!!  

3. Who was the first and/or second entertainer you saw live in concert and when?
In 1968, I saw Englebert Humperdink in London, England.  After the show, he autographed my program.  In 1974, we saw Elvis Presley live in Greensboro, NC.  We had 2nd row seats, center stage. It was over the top entertainment.

4. Do you have a bucket list?  If so, have you marked anything off the list?
Yes, I had a short bucket list and I've done both
#1. See Elvis Presley in concert,
#2. Travel to Alaska, most memorable. Four and 1/2 days on land 7 cruising down the inside passage.
#2 1/2. Our trip to the red rock areas of Colorado and Utah in 2017.
These two trips had the most amazing and breathtaking vistas that  My Mind's Eye will never forget.

Hi Friends, Kat to share some news!! Yes indeedy we have a surprise

About 10 days ago my peeps noticed a ginger kitty

under the bushes.  You might remember Mom is a cat Whisperer...with patience and 

time she won me over.
Now lo and behold she has done the very same thing

with this little Ginger-boy.  Mom posted photos on FB
and checked message boards in our city....no one is missing him.

At first he was very shy. He would only come up on our deck for food when the peeps were inside.

And he loved staring at me!! What a character he is!!

He loves to be brushed too...

Then after a few days Mom started singing soft kitty, sweet kitty to him he let her hold him.

I, Kat, think I will be okey dokey to have Kitten as a little bro.

Crazy little Kitten hissed at Pup...geeez I'm gonna have a serious talk with him Pup is my BFF!!

We will not meet in the furs until he has been to the Vet for a check up

and vaccines.  Currently our vet is only doing curbside visits, and advised mom to wait until she could come inside with him so he would not be scared.  He also needs to be neutered.  

Kitten sleeps in our garage at night and hangs out on the deck with mom and dad during the day.

More information as it develops.

As of Sunday, May 10, 2020,   this little bundle of ginger-ness has a name....

ROCKY

It fits him too, he was a tough little kitten to fight 

his way through our woods up our hill, to our home at such a young age.

Alabama song Angels Among Us, says it all purrfectly!!
