She knew the neighbor had just rescued her first dog ever.  The dog was very friendly and affectionate.  She didn’t know the gender of the dog, so she asked the owner if it was spayed or neutered?  The owner said neither, it is a shepherd mix.” 🤣🤣🦮🐕🐕‍🦺
