Mom we need to talk....

Madi: Mom please sit down

Mom: I'm sittin', what s'up?

Madi: This is not about what s'up, it is about what is down

Mom: I'm all ears....

Madi: Do you see what I see in this picture right there at my paw?

Mom: Evidently I do not, I don't have cat eyes.

Madi: I see trash right here on the rug

Mom: Well that is where Dad and I come and go a lot. It has been so humid everything
sticks to our feet.

Madi: UNACCEPTABLE...my Diva buttocks sit here nearly every day on
squirrel patrol and bird watching. My Diva buttocks cannot, I repeat, cannot
have trash on them. There will be demerits!!!

Mom: Madi I'm very very sorry. What can I do to rectify this mistake?

Madi: Extra food works for me

Mom: Why doesn't that surprise me? Extra kibble coming right up.

  1. Hahahahahahaha.... oh Madi, you crack me up. Unacceptable, indeed! Why, you should get extra kibble for the whole month of September.

LOL! Thank you for yet another great glimpse into the life of a kitty diva.

  2. Negotiating for food is a very smart idea, Madi=we might have to try that too!...You are a very good Diva Kitty, beautiful girl!...kisses...Calle, Halle, Sukki

  4. Wow Madi, we are impressed. You managed to turn a conversation about a bit of trash into extra kibble for your bowl. You are one smart Diva.

    Purrs & Kitty Kisses,
    Cindi Lou

  5. Madi, I have consulted with Rosie and Sweet Pea and they concur that this is unacceptable. They suggest treats, cat nip, and maybe even a bite of tuna are in order.

    Your pal, Pip

  6. Madi runs a tight ship!!!! but in Madi's defense she can not have a trashy butt :)

  7. Madi,

  10. MOL, good job Madi. Get them to clean up their trash. How can you possible sit there if there is any kind of trash there. Glad you got some extra food. That is important.
Hope you have trash less day.

  11. LOL, You are the bestest Diva ever Madi! I'm just gonna be laughing all day again! Thank You, I needed this!

  19. Madi we have a similar problem here! We love how you dealt with it at your house, and how you got extra food too - we are going to try using your approach ourselves!

  20. way to go, miss madi! of course you can't be gettin' dirt on your hiney cuz you are royalty after all!! it was a nice touch to get extra foodables out of the deal, too. do you give special classes for negotiating with the hoomans? i think i could totally learn bunches 'n tons from you!! :)
