  2. Poor, poor Madi! That is definitely the saddest face we have seen in a long time. Maybe if we can gather enough paws together we can help you move the chair back to your favorite spot!! I know where I can get six slaves, er I mean volunteers, they are kitten squirrely but maybe they could do the job.

    Purrs and sympathy,

    and
    "those" kittens!

  3. Madi, we cannot understand humans at all - we agree that chair should be just where you like it!
Sometimes you wonder if these humans actually care...............!
Dont purr at all - that'll teach em!

  5. Oh Madi, you make me smile. You have to work a little harder to get Mom and Dad do your bidding. Why, my cats have me turning chairs in the wrong direction and putting stools where there are no chairs, just so they can look out of the windows when they want.

  6. Madi,
You need your Vitamin D!! Very important!!
As a Nutritional Health Consultant I think mom should make sure that your lounging chair is so that you receive plenty of sunshine :)

  7. But Madi, don't you have a couple of sunny spots to snooze in from the skylights?
You can stock up on your vitamin D there.
Then you can retire to your favorite chair
    when it gets too warm!
What am I saying?! How can a cat get too warm?! :)

  9. Madi, you do look very sad! Do we need to start a petition to get the chair moved back to where you want it? That can be done! Lots of love, Holly and mom

  10. Aw, Madi. Sometimes, our hoomans just don't seem to understand the importance of having things exactly OUR way, do they? I have been working out an extensive training routine for my hooman. It is not for the feint of heart though; it involves lots of repetition, rewards, and occasional scolding. You *always* have to hold them accountable, or they will never learn.

    *le sigh*

Take heart dear Madi. Your hoomans love you and as such; desire to make you happy. they will come around eventually. As a last resort; if they don't see things your way you can always make them live in some other cat's house.

    Oh look! String! Later!

  11. awww, miss madi, that stinks!! i'm thinkin' that you need to take thingies into your own paws...so what you need to do is back up from the chair about 10 feet. make sure you are facin' the direction that you want the chair to go. take a big runnin' start and ram into the side of the chair so it'll scoot across the floor. repeat until the chair is back where you want it! and if you need some extra weight (heehee), just give the booker man a call! all 70 lbs of my labradude self are at your service! :)

  17. Madi, sometimes you just gotta make due with what you have...at least you still have the chair, even though it's not where you want it to be.

  18. Madi!
You really don't look happy there!
It is not easy for us when our humans change things around the house, right?
    Happy saturday!
