TODAY.....AUGUST 21...

Ms. Gloria's birthday she is Miss Mindy's Mom
Miss Mindy is my BDFF. Please pop over to wish Ms. G a happy day.
******
AND today
......is Senior Citizens Day according to Mom's
Whimiscal Calendar.

As you might remember, I recently had my Senior Kitty
check up and my two peeps are retired Senior Citizens
older than dirt.  So while the 3 of us are celebrating being 'Senior'
I thought I'd share some pictures of all 3 of us when we were
younger, meaner and leaner
********
1. This photo was taken the very day I was adopted, May 12, 2002
I'm playing bitey face with my sister Lucy (who was adopted by my uncle).  We were 2 months old.

2. This was taken on June 18, 2002, I was 3.5 months old.  As you can see, I was already perfecting my Diva posing skills
3. Dad at (39ish) Mom at (34ish)
Dad has a brother but I don't have a picture of them playing bitey face; however, they do play punch each other in the arms.
Mom is an only child she never played bitey face
so sometimes I put a bitey on her just so she'll feel special

  1. No wonder you are such a graceful Diva, you started practicing when you were just a baby. We really like all of the younger days photos but we think you are all still very young at heart.

  6. Miss Madi, I owe you a most sincere apology. Somehow, I have missed the last two posts you made before this one. I don't know how and I feel really bad. I love that you help your Mom wrapping boxes, and that you give your Mom a chance to display all of the license places that she has discovered during the week. And, this post is lovely. You were a most adorable and engaging kitten and your Mom and Dad were a very good looking couple. I like to read blogs where the Moms and Dads have been together for a long, long time. It give me faith that this rotten old world still have lots of loving people left in it.

  15. Madi that was thoughtful to include your Mom in the bitey face as my Mom is an only child and she does miss the idea of siblings so I play kitten games with her.

  18. Madi, it's nice of you to put the bitey on your mom so she'll know what it's like to have a sibling. You are very thoughtful!
