WHILE I WAS CONTEMPLATING THE NEWS
AN E(vil)G(reen)S(tring) fell into my airspace.
I gave it a sniff
THEN I GAVE IT MY BEST STINKY EYE,
WARNING IT TO BACK AWAY FROM THE CAT
EVIDENTLY IT WAS BORN WITHOUT FEAR
SO I HAD TO LET IT KNOW I MEANT BUSINESS
BY SHOWING MY FANGS
THEN IT TAUNTED ME WITH IT'S BUSHY TAIL NEAR MY MOUTH. I TRIED TO TRAP IT WITH MY SANDPAPER TONGUE BUT IT GOT AWAY
SO I GROWLED LIKE THE MIGHTY LIONESS THAT I AM.
AND WATCHED WITH GLEE AS IT SCURRIED OUT OF MY AIRSPACE WITH IT'S BUSHY GREEN TAIL TUCKED AWAY.
That was a close call, pretty Madi. We luf how you handled the EGS without moving off the newspaper. We don't expect to see it anytime soon. Now, fur that nap you earned! Your BFFF-Prancer Pie

ReplyDeleteWow Madi, you gave that EGS what for and showed it who is boss. How dare it interrupt your Divaness when you are contemplating the news of the day. We bet that the green thingy doesn't show it's stringy self again.

Dad dangling the string, you fighting with it and Mom with the Flashy Beast!!
Great action shots! LOL
You did a great job attacking that green thing. Mr. Ripley has razor teeth -- if he gets something like that or Beth's yarn he cuts it in half in a second....
ReplyDeleteThe nerve of that green string to come into your space. You took care of that one. Good Job. We watched with care, your technique and wrote it down in our kitty litter. No where else to write right now.
ReplyDeleteHave a great week end.
