GJ Forever and a TALK

Mom and I  were so sad to read that our dear, sweet,
handsome Ginger Jasper took his trip to the Rainbow
Bridge on Wednesday.  GJ was a brave warrior fighting
several serious aliments.  He was loved deeply
by Carol and Barrie.
GJ was one of our very first kitty friends...
Run free my dear friend...

MADI: MOM  CAN YOU TEACH ME HOW TO CROCHET?
MOM:  NO
MADI: WHY?
MOM: BECAUSE YOU ARE A SOUTH PAW!!!
MADI: WELL I'M A SOUTH(ERN )BELLE WHAT DO YOU EXPECT?

MOM:  SOUTH PAW MEANS YOU
ALWAYS REACH OUT TO THINGS WITH YOUR LEFT PAW
WHICH MEANS I'VE HAVE TO REVERSE EVERYTHING
FOR YOU.
MADI: IF I LEARN TO USE MY NORTH PAW, WILL YOU TEACH ME.
MOM: NO COMMENT,

  3. I am very sad that GJ has gone to the Rainbow Bridge.

I would rather play with the wool than crochet with it.

If your mom only knew how much help you would be if she taught you she would be all it teaching you how. Sometimes parents can be so short sighted.

  14. I'm very sad too, that Ginger Jasper had to go to this bridge. For that crochet thingy, I think my mom has the deepest south paws ever. The sweater she promised her dad is still unfinished... since more than 30 years...

  15. I think you would make a wonderful crocheter, Madi! Your momma's just afraid you would outshine her.

  16. Mommy refuses to play with strings at our house, the poopyhead.

  17. Mommy tried to learn how to crochet from YouTube and managed a little but gave up after her shoulders got sore.
The last time Mommy was at the craft shop, she had to bite her tongue from laughing when a customer walked up to ask for cro-chat materials.

  23. We are so sad to hear of Ginger Jasper's passing, we didn't know him well but had visited. He will be missed.

Madi, we are imaging you would spend more time playing with the yarn than getting anything made. But then that's the fun part anyway.

  24. Madi, we think you'd do more playing with that yarn than crocheting. ;)

We are very sad about the loss of GJ too. He was a special cat.

  30. Can I just say what a relief to find someone who actually knows what theyre talking about on the internet. You definitely know how to bring an issue to light and make it important. More people need to read this and understand this side of the story. I cant believe youre not more popular because you definitely have the gift.
