Monday Mews: Madi saves the day

Today's Mews is in question form.
I heard Mom asked Dad...
Do you think they will ever drag that
limb to the curb?
She was referring to
a gigantic tree limbs that have
taken up residence right outside
the bedroom and kitchen windows..but not in our yard.  I heard mom say she saw things moving in it and she hoped it wasn't something creepy!!
That sounded pretty interesting so I jumped
up on my Cat stump (too short for a cat tree)

I sat there until I too saw something moving
I told mom not to worry.  Nothing creepy it was
just Mr. and Mrs. Rufus Sided Towhee

Mom loves how the Towhee clan scratch at the ground.  She calls it the Towhee shuffle

  24. Madi! I hadn't realized that what you and I actually have is a "tree stump" vs. a cat tree like others have. I have two stumps in fact - I no longer hop up on top of them because once when I did hop up it fell over and now I'm afraid to hop up. They now reside in the "retired Sammy furniture" area of my basement! Good that you were alert to the activity in the tree limb! Bravo!

    Hugs, Sammy
