Friends, Friday,Flowers, Fun!!!

My gal pal Ruby the Airedale aka blogville Yente sent me a sweet card for helping her find
kitty dates.
Ruby it takes two to tango
and a Margarita is always better with a friend!

Today is also Flower Friday
with Arty, Dory's younger bro

Mom is tickled pink to show you some blooms she is most excited about we have 4 beautiful yellow tomato flowers...
and a very healthy plant.  We have two more Better boy plants
that aren't blooming yet. All the plants were a total of $1.99
If we get 4 tomatoes, they have paid for themselves
Daddy recently added these purple petunias to this pot.
We are having a time keeping the squirrels from digging the dirt out and making a mess.
Being a loyal employee of the Mayor Doodz...
I always try to do as they ask.  Yesterday they
asked for a picture of me in my Cat Scout
uniform w Mom......
Golly geez it appears Mom's furs and mine are the same color too
Mayorz I hope this tickles your fancy feets!!

  1. A special card AND those lovely flowers. Bet there's some smiles at your place.

Hope you have better luck with the tomatoes than SHE had this year. Only 3 grew and there was something wrong with each one.

  7. Madi, if you want to have a good time, just spend it with Ruby - she is a gal who really knows how to have fun:)

We have a tomato plant too, just one. It has three small tomatoes on it and a few yellow flowers. Mom planted it in a smart pot, since she herself isn't smart enough to make tomato plants survive. It is on the deck in the hopes that the bunnies don't get it. Mom will be thrilled if she even gets one ripe tomato:)

    Happy Friday.

  13. I wonder what dad could put in the top of that pot to keep the rascals out.

Our tomato plants are very happy with the rain. I just hope it doesn't give all the tomato's bottom end rot.

    Happy weekend.
